If you're from the west coast, this place is like grocery outlet. A good selection of everyday grocery items with a lot of limited quantity items that always seem to satisfy a craving. Bring a quarter for your grocery cart returned when the cart is returned and grocery bags. They have bags you can buy, but so does everybody. Great prices. We will continue to shop here first before hitting the bigger box stores.
Manager trainee was very rude and unprofessional. We looked at a swimming pool and it was priced incorrectly and instead of explaining that, she was very rude and unprofessional and said u can buy it for the price it’s supposed to be or not but it at all. She made sure to let me know she’s the manager on duty.
Great deals, and I love the special buys aisle. They know what kind of stuff to bring in so I will hand over my money.
I love ALDI but your employees are the rudest people. I started shopping with you about 2 years ago and not ONE time has any employee greeted me at the checkout and today was no different! If I want my groceries thrown into the other basket I’ll go back to Walmart. Your employees need more training!!
Tried to use the pick up order app. All seemed OK and we were sent a notification our order was ready. When I got to the pick up spot I could not get in contact with anyone and there was not number to call. I had to go in and find someone to bring my prepaid order out. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
We love Aldi’s but gotta clean it much better
I like the store itself, but the checkout / cashiers need some "help" ... im not sure if they are over-worked or just plain rude, but gosh, i wish i could get out of there without a 10 minute process of being delayed, ignored, then rushed out the door... And why is there only 1 person checking people out, with a line stretching around the corner? from a customer perspective, the approach seems off. i picked what i want, now let me get out of your store, please.
Always happy to visit Aldi. It's remind me Germany. Some useful goods are with lower prices than at similar places and quality of grosery is very good.
Low prices, great selection of organic food. However, what’s the point when the cashier just throws cans onto the crackers, chips and fresh fruit. Nine packages came open because the cashier just threw everything in the cart carelessly. The butter lid came off, luckily it had a seal. I spent about $260 and so much was damaged. To top it off she was rude. They have really went down in customer service.
I get some of my gluten free food here and it is the best! Especially price-wise!
