I am a member of their loyalty program and sincerely appreciate the birthday offer that I received. The burgers are large, juicy and so delicious, I just want to come back each day for another one . I was not welcomed to Red Robin when I entered the restaurant, nor was I invited back when leaving. The service was good and efficient but could have been a little more attentive and less rushed.. The bartender was very nice and had a great personality, she is doing a great job. I might actually dine in the bar next time. All-in-all, a positive experience and will be back to give them another try.
Table for four and everything was perfect. This best part of the meal was Cheyenne, she is the bar tender/server. Red Robin should make her a training manager
Last night, we were a party of six for late dinner. Christine was personable, attentive, intuitive and provided excellent service. When our food arrived, I commented that they were all great looking [plated well] and every one liked their meal. I did comment in the table-top device that I thought the crinkle cut potato chips underneath the delicious Buzz bone-in chicken wings were over salted/too salty! Chunky blue cheese dressing was very good. I still miss the Zucchini fries!
Always have a good time at Red Robin. The food was good, the service was nice, and I really enjoyed my time there. The Royal Red Robin burger is a good choice and I was even surprised that the server brought extra sauce for my daughter.Food: 4/5
Served cold fries, asked for more of the bottomless fries for a party of 5, and received a small basket of cold fries again after a long wait. Burgers were good. Our waitress was friendly , but tooo talkative at all the tables... probably should of spent that time making sure the tables had fresher fries. Don't know if we will be back.Food: 3/5
The meat on the burgers was tasty but I personally thought the fries were undercooked. I think they let the oil get too cool and then cook them per a timer And when they get in a hurry they aren't checking to make sure the fries are done. I thought the buns tasted very dry, they need to be grilled. I had a fondue burger and the cheese didn't really have that much flavor. I dumped a serving cup of their campfire sauce into it and then it became awesome. My partner has the Whisky River burger, same dings as me on the bun and fries. They don't have Guinness on draft anymore,
Hadn't been to a Red Robin in a long time and probably won't ever go back. Not because the food is bad, but because they ONLY sell burgers and sandwiches. Yes, I know they're a burger joint, but they used to have meals that weren't served been two slices of bread. Not to mention the prices of their food has gone up an incredible amount.
Always a go-to place for amazing and filling burgers and fries. My significant other has dietary needs, which they were able to meet and was still very enjoyable to her. It is a great place to go for a quick bite or enjoy a night out with the family. Definitely love this location, and the staff is always friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: They have two easy to access spots directly in front of the doors to have ease of entry and exit of vehicles and easy path to the doorway. Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free alternatives, granted at a couple of dollars extra for the buns. But they can also modify any of the dishes within their power to meet dietary needs.
I had a BBQ whiskey burger. It was amazing! UPDATE: EVEN BETTER THIS TIME! 2ND update: Stick with coming for around noon to 7pm otherwise colder food. I would also like to comment that we had a WAY better waitress this time. Thanks RR!
Stopped in for lunch to try the pretzel beer cheeseburger with the beer cheese fondue. Everything about the meal was excellent. The beer cheese leans a little more towards your standard nacho cheese vs acrual beer cheese, but it didn't detract from the overall meal. As always, campfire sauce is a must with your fries. If you're not getting campfire you're wasting your trip to Red Robin.
