I was in the store last week intending to buy a bracelet when I didn’t want the one I looked at I told the Salesperson I wanted to buy another she completely ignored me and started helping someone else. After waiting about 10 minutes I left. The manager was aware if this and did I nothing. I will not be shopping there again.

I own over 30 Alex and Ani bracelets and I have been extremely disappointed that they have almost every Disney princess EXCEPT for princess Tiana. As a black women that spends much of her spending money on your merchandise,  I am irritated to see the lack of representation. I expected more.

Cute store with amazing jewelry. Definitely something for everyone. Salespeople were super friendly and helpful when I had questions

Great service.  Love that the metals are recycled and the Harry Potter line
