I visited your branch today in Indiana Fashion Mall and the employee broke my watch and did not apologize or give me any compensation. She said take your watch and go to another shop to fix it.!!!!

This is an absolutely beautiful location, and the staff are great. Morgan and the other attendant whose name I forgot but was equally as amazing, made me feel so welcome. They didn't rush my shopping experience, made great suggestions and were super pleasant for it to be 11 in the morning. I wear my custom stone necklace every day - super high quality. Overall I am very impressed and satisfied. I will definitely be back.
I would normally not write a review for issues at a store but today I was shocked with the lack of courtesy and service at the Keystone location in Indianapolis Indiana. My 9 yr old daughter and I were in the store for about half an hour and no one acknowledged us nor asked if we needed help. I walked up to one associate to ask a question and she looked at me and walked on by. I watched multiple customers come in and were greeted and helped immediately. My daughter left in tears not understanding why no one would help us. She wanted to create her own bracelet. We’ve made multiple necklaces over the past few years and this time she wanted to do something different. We also wanted to get a teacher gift. Again we left empty handed because no one would help us. I work in customer service and this is completely unacceptable.

If you have a gift to buy for your mother, girlfriend, or sister, the selection at this particular store is varied and valued. And the employees are very pleasant and not pushy. You can get beautiful pieces for under $50. Or you can go the more expensive route, too. And it is in a mall that has a selection of great other stores, too.
Went into the store on my birthday and the worker noticed that the Kendra Scott necklace I had on had some tarnishing on the chain and offered to replace it for free. Very friendly staff and great customer service!
My wife absolutely loves the jewelry here so we visit regularly to get her something special. The pieces really are beautiful on her and she loves them so much.
Always a great experience at the Fashion Mall location. Thank you for the birthday love and hoops!!!!
