Alex is an Acupuncturist, and an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. She specializes in helping people with digestion, stress management, woman’s reproductive health, anxiety and depression, and pain.
For the past 13 years she has studied diet and nutrition and completed an Ayurvedic Wellness Program at Yama Studio in Baltimore, MD in 2011. She recently graduated from MUIH with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture. Alex is passionate about helping people live life to their fullest by overcoming obstacles in their path. She looks at the whole person, and beyond the physical symptoms to the root cause of disease.
Alex incorporates diet, yoga, mediation, and breathing exercises, into lifestyle coaching. She uses coaching in harmony with Acupuncture to help open up channels and allow one’s energy to move more freely. In this place of greater movement, a person’s body, mind, and spirit can heal itself.
