It is very rare that you will ever get a bad review from me about a library and this is no exception. the staff was super nice, great location, very clean and fast internet. if you need do have a quick conference call this is a good place. they do charge 15/20cents if you need to print anything, which is a bit pricy but understandable.
Always a great library. They have a children's section and teen section. They offer classes for many fun things
Bethany Burhman is one of the employees here who deserves a raise. I needed help with some important documents and she willingly said, "let me help you over here". She went above and beyond, especially when she offered her email address for use. This is not the first time that I've needed help and this library is always willing to help. It's a great library with lots of resource. Check it out!
The Library has been greatly enhanced since the expansion was completed last year. The Community Room upstairs has been impressive to hold meetings in and can be accessed via elevator. The children and youth areas are spacious and enjoyable. Their book selection is impressive, the amount of natural light makes it more comfortable, and the amount of reading areas provided make you feel right at home. They have rooms dedicated to Pennsylvania and the local community. The Friends of the Library are also housed here and offer a great selection of books to purchase at such a low rate. All the money earned through the Friends of the Library is put right back into the Library itself. What a great community treasure.
I'm still mad about how the one girl treated me last year bUT the staff has been very nice to my son
An event advertised was not actually there, and was apparently still listed incorrectly on their website, fliers, and front hallway. Call before you drive out for an event! Also, they are not part of the rest of the county's library system somehow. They aren't a part of any system but their own, which blows my mind as to why or how that is. Super inconvenient. We will not be going back.
Always a great experience at this small town library. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good stock of books.
It's good for children and adults alike. They have a room full of historical books. The have free classes, it's where I attempted to learn Chinese. Free wifi for both patrons and free wifi for gamers.
What library doesn't give access to Inter library loans to its customers and patrons? You still have to go to the counter and ASK someone to order the books FOR you instead of you know, ordering it yourself through the computer system, like every other library in the world allows you to do. I hate this library's parochial, backward technology. I am surprised they don't operate solely using Dewey Decimal Classification CARDS. What are we living in the stone ages? This library really needs to modern up.
A small library with a very friendly staff. A small town gem.
