I’ve been coming here for a few months, mostly on Fridays and Saturdays, but sometimes on other days of the week. I enjoy sitting at the tables in back to work in a quiet environment. On occasion, there’s been a belligerent patron or someone I assume who is unhoused or with mental issues who causes a commotion, but the staff and security seem to handle any issues like this quickly. Restroom is clean.
I had a fantastic experience at this library! It's a cozy, one-floor library with an impressive book selection. They recently remodeled and it looks amazing. The staff is consistently helpful and accommodating. If you can't find a particular book, they're more than willing to order it for you. Printing from the computers is available, and while they do charge 15 cents per page, it's reasonable and convenient. The bathrooms are typically clean and readily accessible, which is always a plus. I was particularly impressed by the well-maintained teen and children's sections - they're clean, organized, and create a welcoming environment for young readers. Overall, this library is a hidden gem, and I'm grateful for the positive experiences I've had there. Highly recommended!
I am so happy to see they have re opened. I will be in soon, I have missed you guys. Love coming here because it quite and they always have books that I want the staff is always in a great mood helpful kind and they always greet you with an open smile. I’m looking forward to seeing the new renovations.
Great library resource recently renovated friendly staff not overly busy
The guards are great here and tries to assist with the bathroom needs as well as assisting with the noise levels. Although the manager knows about the bathroom hear, he never cares & it is a mess. We love to come hear to study but if the manager is following us around, like we steal books, we wont come back again. Also they should have a regular clean up for the person for the restrooms & carpet. Our children deserve the best!!! #Acleanenvironmentwheretheyplay!!!!
I love this library! Not only because I worked there during my teenage years but it provides great service for the community. It has a collection of wonderful books for all ages, their interior remodeling is attractive and they've expanded their hours.
That staff is great and the selection is ok for the size of this small library. The space is basically one giant room that is split into the kids section and the adult section. In general the library can be quite loud sometimes, especially after school lets out. People will answer their phones loudly and a full meal right next to you at the tiny tables. There are 4 desktops to use and I'm not sure about the laptops. The staff does their best and they should be given a raise for the stuff they have to put up with sometimes. On a Saturday, it is really quiet and nice. Hope this helps!
Clean friendly neighborhood branch library!
Great neighborhood library! But has been closed for the past two years. Don't know why it hasn't been re-opened? It's been sorely missed. No other libraries even closely nearby...
Great improvements after the renovation. Friendly and approachable staff.
