Alhambra Ballroom

It's huge n beautiful n the prices there affordable. Sodas 3.00 shrimp 15.00 chicken was 12.00 they come with either regular fries or sweet potato fries.

The ballroom was beautiful, clean and well decorated. The catered food was excellent. The people who took charge of it all were fabulous, polite, respectful and extremely attentive.

I visited the Alhambra Ballroom to attend a church service with The Gathering Harlem. When we arrived, we went in through the doors to the lobby. The lobby had a directory posted with the different floors. There are 2 elevators. The particular room we were in was quite big. It was carpeted floors with a wooden dance floor in the middle. The restroom was accessible either through the ballroom or the lobby on that floor. However, I notice both entryways, there were steps to get to the restroom. I’m unsure whether there was another accessible restroom on that floor. I must say after sitting a while the chairs weren’t too comfortable. The Alhambra Ballroom rents out for events. This location is accessible via public transportation.

Lovely place!!! Their catering was awesome! They made my friend 50th Birthday Celebration the best.

Went there for a repast. Sad occasion. But the place had extremely clean bathrooms, ballrooms, building in general.

Had my brother's repast here. They would not allow attendees upstairs to wait for the family to return from the cemetery. Many were from out of town and did not know where to go for 2 hours so wound up leaving. I had been assured that guests would be allowed upstairs to wait. They wouldn't even let a wheelchair bound person upstairs to use the rest room! I paid for plates that no one was able to get upstairs to eat.

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ME, BUT A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE FOR MY TASTE..,

A friend of mine gave a party here. I didn't know this place was so big. I had a great time

I attended Radio WBLS DJ Fernandez and DJ Tall Guy Dwayne Stanton's dance party just last night and I must say with a few imperfections that ballroom is decent! Nonetheless, with tweaking organization regarding having an accommodating receiving area with ticket booths including seating for waiting time during huge events, a bigger coat area with three-person coat checkers for huge crowds and the overall central air in the ballroom space, that venue would be all of 5 stars!

Attended The Gathering in Harlem here. Wonderful service. Great location
