I love going to Alice's and looking for local treasures and deals. Wonderful selection of designer handbags, shoes, clothing at fair prices. A clean, friendly shop with knowledgeable help. A local go to for unique household items, too.
Stacy, who runs the store needs to take some customer etiquette classes. She is rude and clearly lacks in customer service. I have consigned as well as shopped here. When I consigned with her, I would only bring in brand new, high end products that I would sell on my ebay. At first she was receptive in taking some items. One day she decided that, she no longer wanted to consign me items. She gave me an excuse about taxes and was very curt. After that, I still shopped the store however, she acted as though she had never spoken to or seen me before. They carry Talbots, Chico's etc. I sell Diane Von Furstenberg, Flores & Flores, Eliza J, Sue Wong, Madewell, Self Portrait and Zara. I'm sure customers would like to purchase these brands of items as well. The store caters from middle aged to older women. I don't see any unique clothing items there. I see Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots, Chicos, J Crew and Anne Klein. The same items can be purchased at The Goodwill as well as, The Salvation Army. If you are smart you would shop there. The prices are better and the quality is equivalent. I would suggest checking out Vintageness on Rano Blvd. They carry higher end items with affordable prices. The owner as well as, the employees are very pleasant.
Beautiful shop, personal service, designer clothing & jewelry and small decorative furniture. A must see consignment shop!
