I love my local Lane Bryant! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Many times I have to order things in my specific size and they are always ready to order it without complaint. On the occasions I need an opinion with how something looks they are always honest and I feel comfortable asking for the feedback. Clothes shopping can often be full of heartache, especially when you're a fuller shape or have a larger bust, but I never have a heartache when shopping here.
Clothing is well made and there are usually sales which helps with the rather hefty price tags. The staff here is always warm, friendly and helpful. I just wish that the clothing wasn't completely focused on the twenty-somethings.
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I have been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for years and have never had a complaint at any other location. During a recent sale, my items were not ringing up at the sale price. The woman said “I’d get the manager, but she’s in the back”. I offered to exchange them for other items that were correctly marked. Even though two employees watched me exchange items from the correct table, she still made a comment to me about “scams” people try and pull despite the error being theirs for labeling the items incorrectly. She couldn’t work the cash register. All three employees complained about the store and about their job, while I’m waiting simply trying to cash out. The woman had to restart scanning my whole order twice. I was literally at the cash register checking out for over a half hour with people waiting behind me in line while they chit-chatted and tried to convince me to just take the items at the regular price. I finally asked her to cancel the purchase and I left without buying the items. NO APOLOGY – not for the wait, for the difficulty with the check out process, or for how rude they were. That was the icing on the cake. I will never go back to this location again. To make matters worse, I wrote an email to customer service. Never heard back. Not even an apology.
I've been shopping at this Lane Bryant for several years I'm not originally from the Binghamton Vestal area, and when I moved here I was glad to find out that there was a Lane Bryant close by. From my very first experience with Becky he was in I believe an assistant manager with a complete bra fitting finding out I was a totally different bra size. I don't mind spending 40 to $50 for a bra but not when it doesn't fit right when I explain this to her she said let's resize you. That TMI I don't think so because I was running the wrong size bra so wasting money and being uncomfortable. It was delightful to see Becky today since I hadn't seen her since early winter now she's the full-time manager of the store. She definitely deserves it as do all the young ladies who work there. If you ever need assistance just asked for more than happy to help.
I was dragged there by my mother. Nothing against y'all but I'm not a girl. Y'all bras are cute tho. 8/10. They vibin but not great vibes.
Clothing is always top notch and both of the girls working were so helpful. They helped us size each other for bras.
Decent selection of items for bigger women. Go online to get a coupon code first. The sales people are always friendly and helpful.
There are some nice clothing options. The prices are very high for what you get. I suppose you are paying a premium to get better styles in bigger sizes.
Lots of varieties in all sizes, but very expensive. Sales are pretty good if you catch them at the right time.
Pricey, but I went to the doorbuster sale and saved 82.00, with coupons I got 2 pairs of pants regular priced at 59.00, I walked out paying 19.00 each, 38.90 total.
