It was my 1st time visit. Loved the professional, courteous, preconsult conversation. They did an excellent job with grooming. It's been a week, and my pup is still fluffy and smells good.
Great service, very informative on pet maintenance and regular grooming to prevent issues.
Had to drop off at the door and picked up there as well, so very quick. They gave her a cute flower bow and a treat at pick up Reasonable pricing and very happy that the staff met my requests def coming back
First time going here since we moved to downtown Oakland and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! huge plus that this is a Black owned business but also just did a fantastic job with my labradoodle and their prices are great! I actually love that they keep the pet all day, my baby was SUPER happy recommend 10/10 and we will definitely be returning
Hands down the best dog groomer in the bay. After dealing with a bad groomer who didn’t do the job right and left our pup with a infection she came in for the rescue and had our puppy looking amazing.
Staff were very friendly and the price for our service was reasonable. Coat looks great and smells wonderful. However, after we got home, our dog was whimpering and then we noticed a trail a blood through the house and on the sheets dog likes to sleep on the bed. Come to find out the quick on one of the nails was cut. Nail was cut very short. Thankfully it was just the one. We understand that happens, but we weren’t even told about it.
Great and friendly service! I had been looking for a groomer for a few days now and found this spaw on Google Maps. I called and I was lucky enough for be able to set an appointment for the very next day! I found their prices to be reasonable compared to other groomers in the area. I brought in my two pups for grooming and absolutely love how they turned out. I went with their basic package which includes the following: pawdicure, gland expression, ear cleaning, loofah bath, blueberry facial, complete blow-dry, shed-less brush out, protein and lanonin coat conditioner, and cologne. The groomer did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. Churro and Oreo loved their day at the Dogue spaw. I will definitely be coming back!
Excellent service, great staff, always takes care of our dog. Parking can be tricky, San Pablo is busy here.
Lena is exceptional and the quality of care is a great investment. The prize, is her daughter's confident bubbly personality! She reassures me dropping off my baby will be treated well!
Lena, is great my dogs come out looking great. You'll notice Phil's beautiful bob haircut. He has a little more spring in his step after he gets his haircut.
