I wish I could give them more stars. They got me through an extremely high risk pregnancy. There is a huge staff of doctors and nurses that you everyone kind find some one to fit their personality. I adore Doctor Rachel Gilman but my 17 year old went for the first time and had Dr. John Lusiza - He was AMAZING with my trans queer child.
Since when is it approval for a drs office to tell a patient that if you don't get a flu shot you will have a miscarriage. This place only gets 1 star because thats the only way I could put a review in. I would not recommend this place for anyone they are horrible about calling people back and they give false information if these girls are certified I feel sorry for people in the world. These are patients that are pregnant and some for the first time you must do better.
I went there for my pregnancy last year and the staff was wonderful. Kathy did an amazing job delivering my daughter. Now that I'm pregnant again I am going to them again
Horrible care for pregnancy and birth. They provided very minimal care during my pregnancy. my birth experience was horrible due to their lack or care and treatment. Some negative things I experienced were telling my husband that he couldn’t hold or take care of our baby. The doctor throwing my child on me after he came out and the nurses taking my son away from my husband and out of the room for hours while I had a CT scan done. My son had no complications and there was no reason that they should have taken him away from my husband. However the nurse in charge told my husband he is not allowed to do anything with our son without my presence. This is only a couple negative things that happened to me at this facility. I would personally avoid this hospital for any OGBYN appointments or treatments.
I'm giving a 1 because that's the only way you can write a review....so here it goes...My daughter has been going there for the past 4 months...my daughter is 25 & considered a high risk pregnancy. I went with her to this appointment because what whe was telling me just seemed so off the wall...and she really wanted me to go to see if we could make sense of what was going on..we get there & they begin shuffling us thur the different rooms...1st to get blood....not a problem...next room ultra sound....the women says she's just gonna do a top only & she precedes to push the wand in my daughter's lower stomach. ..even after my daughter explains that its causing her extreme pain....then she tells us that the doctor that was supposed to see my daughter called off sick...ok......so they send another doctor in and she precedes to tell my daughter that the water is bulging & there's nothing they can really do..and tried sending us home for my daughter to miscarry...I forgot to mention that my daughter is 21 weeks along...which is a whole baby....my daughter says to the doctor " so basically your sending me home to wait until I miscarry a perfectly healthy baby girl....the doctor replied saying...yes...no Compassion..no sympathy....nothing I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years & I have never seen doctors act this way...its beyond Unprofessional & immoral. They should not be able to treat people as such.. Another thing that happened was the nurse was looking at my daughter's file & she made the comment 'What do you expect you have Medicaid!!!!!! My advice is if your being treated at this Facility And have Medicaid please be cautious.
Clerk was very dismissive about what I was trying to tell her. I have been struggling to get seen by a doctor I was previously seen in Pennsylvania due to unstable relocation situations so I came to get my medical records here. I understand some employees might not enjoy their job but pregnant women walk into this office. You do not know in what bad situation a patient can be in their own life and then they have to walk into an office with uncaring dismissive clerks. Please be courteous to your patients not everyone is emotionally stable. Your customer service can really affect those who walk through your doors. Sometimes it takes NO EFFORT to be nice. On the other hand the midwife was absolutely caring and nice, it’s horrible that’s not the case when you walk through the door.
They don’t tell you anything about YOUR baby. Had to hear my daughter was low birth weight and was at high risk from my ultrasound doctor!!!! Not my regular doctor Nicole Rawson and yes she knew! Because she made the ultrasound appointment! Was more worried about my Rogam shot! you should have the right to know EVERYTHING about YOUR child! So you can do what’s best and do what is needed to fix the problem. I stopped smoking even thought the only reason I did smoke so I can eat, told her I can barley keep anything down Since I have stopped and she just didn’t care. 35 weeks now and still can barley eat. Btw the NST Non Stress Tests are for no reason they never work‍ At least for me. Will be their for hourssss but I do love some of the workers their don’t remember their names
I had to see the PA named Erin because I couldn't get an appointment with the doctor. When I spoke concern about my weight gain, she didn't listen to the fact that I feel like it may be caused by my stress and anxiety/gastrointestinal issues. She kept recommending only diet and exercise when clearly there are other factors contributing to my weight gain. I also spoke to her about the fact that diet and exercise can be really hard for me because I have past issues with anxiety and obsessive compulsive behaviors/disordered eating. She brushed right over that and just kept to her basic recommendations. As I was getting ready to leave, she also asked about me getting my third HPV vaccine and I said no because I was already in a long term relationship and didn't much care to get the last vaccine. She said that my boyfriend could die tomorrow and I never know what will happen so that's why i should get it. My trust with anyone at this place was broken from that moment. When a patient discloses to you that they have obsessive compulsive behaviors and then you push a vaccine by telling them their partner could die, it shows me that you only see your patients as nothing more than a checklist on a sheet. She even asked who I lived with not 5 minutes after reading out loud on my chart that I live with my parents. RIDICULOUS! Do not go here.
They are absolutely horrible! Their physician assistants have a high turn over rate so good luck seeing the same person for very long. The nurses are rude, and the office manager Mary is worse! I was actually even denied having a third party in the room when I asked for one. The PA assistant responded with “We’re too busy and it’s not necessary since we are both women!”
The office staff is unprofessional and the doctor is rude. She tried to force into getting something done that I didn't want. I will never go here again and I don't recommend it for anyone.
