The wash on my truck was great! The girl at the cash register & the guys that guide you in & do prewash were also great. The 2 young men drying were useless. They were sitting down when I drove out & they sitting down again before I drove off. They spent less than 5 minutes drying off my truck, so needless to say, there were water spots everywhere! I went home & wet it down & re dried it.

Update- I have tried calling all day to make sure all of the fast passes are canceled, and I have emailed, but none of my calls have been returned, nor has the email.  Many of my calls went to voicemail.  I have fast passes for my entire fleet of rental BMW’s.  I had a last minute booking yesterday afternoon and ran up to the Kell location to get one of them washed.  My gate wouldn’t open, so the lady came over to tell me the pass expired a few days before and that I needed to renew.  I explained that I left my wallet at home- but had multiple fast pass accounts and was there several times a day and would come back to take care of it later in the evening.  She motioned me through so I assumed it was a gesture to allow me to wash so I could get the BMW to my guest.  When I got to the car wash, I was denied the wash.  The manager came and I explained the situation- but he chose to lose all of my accounts rather than allow me the single wash to be paid for later that day. Everyone there knows me, as I am there every day multiple times.  I expect loyalty- and they chose to save the temporary $20 that would have been paid that day, but lose thousands of dollars in fast pass accounts.  Bad choice for them, as they lost a loyal customer who has used their wash for over a decade.  I am closing them all today and will use a different car wash and will no longer use the lube centers.

Love this car wash. Great deal to sign up for the works and tires and wheels for only $30 a month. Wash as much as wanted or needed and I never have to get out.

I was completely dissatisfied with my full detail in which I paid $110 for two of my windows were completely untouched and my seats were half done when I explain to the manager of my concerns he informed me that doing the seat is not a part of the detail I was frustrated because that is something that should be mentioned prior to someone paying over $100 to get their car washed I spoke with Alejandro Gonzalez and he informed me that they will give me a free car wash at the verifying everything that I stayed it was true I am absolutely disappointed I waited two hours and my car was not even washed properly yet alone detailed. I appreciate Mr. Gonzalez for attempting to make things right by offering a free car wash but it wasn’t until my frustration had reached its pinnacle that he offered to take care of what was done incorrectly I added the images below to show you all.

It's a nice carwash but the right side scrubbers, both of the black ones that scrub the right side of the vehicle do not engage the vehicle but they do rotate. They haven't worked for quite some time I'm giving a lower score because of this, otherwise it's a great carwash. :Update: they still do not contact the vehicle at this time

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Apparently there is a new owner and policies, prices, and quality have changed dramatically. I had to pay two separate fees for the inside and outside of my car to be cleaned. I was told it would take over an hour so I had someone pick me up, expecting a phone call when it was ready. I did not ever receive a phone call and when I finally picked up my car, it looked like someone had lightly dusted and barely vacuumed the inside. Nothing was even wiped down. There’s literally mud still on one of my seats. Not worth the money and I will never come back!Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Brian and Richard did Amazing work and customer service skills everywhere were off the charts! Got a very thorough check and even found an issue with a drain pan bolt.. Great Job Guys! My upcoming road trip is going to be all the better for it!! Very awesome.. stay in your car and Trust these Dudes!! Free Car wash too!! Happy camper

We used the Kell location and I am not happy. We have a fast pass and at the end of the service they’re supposed to shine the tires. Well they only polished 1, all the money I spend for the fast pass just for them to neglect the service that comes with what I pay for. They’re going to lose customers if they doing shotty work.

My new vehicle came out with chips all over, front to back, top to bottom, on the back of the cab, tailgate etc. I tried calling several times and got a full voice mail. They will not respond to social media posts, will not answer calls etc. Vehicle needs a complete paint job.

Go every week. I miss my little guy he was so friendly. Taking the money he was always happy and joking. Big mistake moving or letting this one go find another job..
