Its a good experience...though I learned the lesson to read the instructions first. I've added pictures of the instructions for your convenience.  We have to press the green button next to card reader again to stop the time, otherwise the card used will be charged for the entire time whether you use the service use or not.  I think it's best to bring our own sponge and towels instead of using their 'form brush' and start with $2 for 4minutes.  Sock/wash the vehicle first and then spot clean with sponge/towels while the timer is done  and then start another $2 at the end to rinse off everything clean...or add coins as needed. Instead of keeping the timer running the entire time while we spot clean - that might save some .  Or even better to bring a friend to spot clean one side while you work on the other side...and don't forget to help the friend in return

Arrived to find cones randomly placed in front of one of two stalls… is it broken? Are cones there to say do not use? I don’t know and I don’t want to pull in that stall only to find it’s broken. No sign, no explanation, so I’m waiting for the other stall… Come on now a little effort?? And the card reader doesn’t work, cash only so I had to leave. Terrible.

Use it all the time, if you hand wash your car this is a great place to keep it up between hand washes

I canceled my EverWash pass. Car did not even come close to clean the last two times. One bay was closed and one of the lines in the working bay was cracked. I think it was the soap because it came out everywhere but where it was supposed to. This place was always good before the last freeze. Maybe they can work on it as d make it that way again

I took my car through this wash BECAUSE it's a self service type car wash, however,  they have a young guy who works there that goes above and beyond a self service car wash. This guy HAND-DRIED my car, meticulously, after I came out of the wash. My beauty looked so good! He seemed surprised that I tipped him! That was GREAT, unexpected service! Go there! Tip this young man for his job well done!

Updated: Customer service for this car wash location is beyond excellent! Issue was resolved quickly, and the gentleman was so professional and courteous! Thank you, Kris!  This car wash is close to my house, so I frequent it often. There is about a 75% chance that you're going to get a decent wash. Well, I guess last night was my turn to be part of that 25%. I paid $12 to have water no soap run down my car, then back up and that's it. I didn't even make it thru the first step of the car wash when the automated voice started telling me to exit! And of course, there is no contact information of any kind to report incidents such as this. I'll be going back up there tomorrow afternoon to hopefully either get a cash refund or a voucher for another $12 wash. If that happens, I'll gladly change my review to .

Great little car wash! The $12 glow up deluxe is worth it. Does the job well, but doesn't spray too hard I've got plasti dip on my rims, so that's important to me. And even better, the employee, Joseph, is a hard worker, friendly and once you exit the wash, Joseph hand dries off any excess water from your vehicle. Reasonable price and excellent service! This is my favorite little car wash

Color me impressed! I swung into this wash thinking it would be a quick automatic wash that leaves your car half clean but at least it would kill time and get the left over snow and ice dirt off. Boy was I wrong! For starters there was an actual human there! He came over and started spraying my tires and windshield and then after answering a question or two and my paying for the selected wash $12 for the highest one he ushered me into the wash. The laser wash did a great job and even air dries it without you have to inch under a blade of air and hope you don't run out of time! But wait, there's more! The gentleman was standing at the other end waiting with a towel! You would have thought I went to that other wash down the street ugh but no! I will totes go back here and so should you.

These is a do it yourself carwash, although they do have 2 bays with automatic washing and although prices went up just a little since the last time I went there  and what hasn't increased in prices, it in my personal opinion is reasonable.  They now have an app, that let's you purchase unlimited car wash for the cost of 2 washes. Now here is what I really like and enjoyed, there was a young man working there who assassinated me with their payment system  guess I'm just getting old and don't know how to operate it, he of course no issues, told me what to except, pull Stay outside the bay, he'll spray down the car, then I'll go on have the system clean my car, then he'll point out which of the vacuum bays he wants my Ruby Red car in, and it do a quick wap down to dry it. I wasn't expecting that at a selfservice type place, they are competing with the big boys, but cheaper and less busy The place is exceptionally clean and trash picked up compared to other selfservice type places Give them a try if you haven't been
