We just got a rental car this morning because of our flight getting cancelled. We had an easy experience here. Everyone that we worked with was positive, even with the massive influx of people due to flights getting cancelled. While we didn't have problems getting a car, for those that did need something bigger like a truck or car with 4-wheel drive, when dealing with those that did the employees were positive and providing solutions and information on when those cars would be available. Overall, it made the stress of getting our flight cancelled much better. Thank you!
Had to put my car in the shop and rent a car something I hate doing. Going into enterprise with bad thoughts was probably not the best thing to do. When I tell you Emily changed my frown upside with her great customer service I had to share my experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. She answered all my questions with a smile. She was awesome! Unfortunately I had to return the next day with a minor discrepancy. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Sean. He is new and you can’t even tell. His customer service is on point. He helped me in a timely manner, yet he was still thorough. These two beautiful people made my once dreaded experience great…thanks guys!
My experience at Enterprise in Alameda was amazing. They attended to all my needs, I needed to switch my rental car for an economic one and they called me as soon a better car was available and made sure that I would get it as soon as possible. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help us.
Keith did a great job to assist with my rental car. All went smoothly and I appreciate the effort to provide top notch customer service.
Initially I got a car from this location that was not in very good shape, but when I contacted the office, the employee Emily was extremely helpful and courteous and understanding. She help me get a better car in the morning I called, and she was really kind and friendly. I liked her vibe and she was so personal and great—like a fantastic person who happens to work at Enterprise.
I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-a-car. I had placed the reservation with the app. I arrived at the pickup time and Tyrone met me at the door. The car they had for me was nicer than what I asked. Tyrone was helpful and offered me options. We did a quick inspection and I was in my way. Friendly helpful service!!
My husband parked our vehicle in front of this business. Now why would your company think I stopped in at Enterprise? I merely walked by the rental car agency to go to the business next door, which is Alameda County Industries, to pay my garbage bill. Y'all sure got things twisted. Another thing, I don't have a driver's license to drive. You people think a car rental agency would allow me to rent a vehicle without a CDL. Duh-uh.
Excellent customer service, Including a free upgrade on vehicle size. Called two days before car was due back and was able to extend it for one extra day at the same daily rate. Definitely will use this location again!
Had a great experience with Raj at this location. Great attitude, patience, customer service, informative and met all needs!! Very professional!
Take an Uber from the Oakland airport to here to save about $40/day. It’s worth it. The staff here were all friendly. Ease and quickness of picking up and returning made my arrival and departure very smooth. highly recommend the Alameda location when visiting the Bay Area.
