Best rental  experience!!! Quick, fast, and easy. Erick Ortega was an awesome service  representative. Even when I returned the vehicle after 3 weeks  he did a quick walk around  inspection. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great customer service.

Made me wait 2 hours, then gave me a dirty car. No joke it literally stinks of feet, will be exchanging after a day and a half. I got an air freshener and it didn’t help at all, nasty. The people were nice but not the best place

Best rental experience ever , fast and hassle free , they really took care of me , Angel and Oscar really take pride in what they do. Great customer service experience ever !! Really recommended

Staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable, rentals are always clean and ready to go. The process for picking up and returning can’t be any easier. I’ve never had a problem at this location. They made me regain their trust after having issues at the Monterey Park location years ago.

I love how Enterprise NEVER fails Me!! Love how smooth the booking went appreciate the guys assisting me. Seen the got bombarded but still manage to assist everyone as arrived. Also a HUGE SHUTOUT to Tye for assisting me amazing Team!! Highly Recommend them.

This enterprise is hidden in the BACK of a busy shopping center. The customer service is OKAY i guess after they figured out who had the keys and forced us into the only car they claim they had left which could have been told when they picked us up in it.I almost got hit twice in the lot leaving out the parking lot as well.I just feel they need a better location the day we came was probably just an off day for them idk.but for an overall first experience it was definitely not a "the best" first impression..ijs

Loved my first time experience.  Easy, fast, and reliable! Definitely come back soon . Rudy helped me a lot with returning the vehicle.  Overall super satisfied! The whole team was very helpful as well when taking the vehicle out.  Rudy, thanks man really appreciate you helping me under 5 mins!

That staff were quick and professional when I went to pick up my vehicle and drop it back off.
