I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic! The staff are so kind! It shows they like their jobs through their smiling faces and ability to empathize with the challenges that come with the need for their services. They appreciate the love people have for their pets. The customer service here is amazing! I came to this clinic due to need that fell outside of regular veterinary hours, which I am so grateful that ACAH provides! There are many vets much closer to my home yet because of how amazing the folks are at ACAH I continue to bring all of my fur-babies to them. They walk the fine line of being professionals and caring human beings with finesse. I absolutely adore the staff and the services they provide with compassion, caring, and a love for animals that stands out! Thank you so much for what you do and the way you engage your clients. All of you are truly appreciated!
It was inevitable that my sweet boy wouldn't make it, but I took him anyway, just in case. They were SO compassionate. This was the best possible place to go to is such a horrible situation, I will always remember the care and support I received. I did take my other pet for a check-up the following week, and I will continue to use them. Saw 2 different vets, both amazing. Front office staff also amazing.
I just established my dog's primary care here and was very pleased with the first visit. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was able to make an appointment about 10 days out and we were seen directly at our appointment time. They had already imported all of my vet records from the emails I sent them and they were prepared to give the right care for my pup. I'll be back for regular visits! Olympic Otter
Friendly and caring staff with clean facilities. However, once again as far as the veterinarian industry goes work needed to listen and deliver requested services without continuously delivering an upsell or cross sell invoice. I came in ONLY for a $64 check up on my pet as I had just been through full work ups, physical, blood, x-ray, ultrasound, ....you know how it goes? And despite making it abundantly clear to the veterinarian the purpose of my visit I was once again up sold and handed a $500 bill!!!!! Of course, I said no and had to reiterate my $64 appointment purpose and have them reissue the invoice. I know they would say, "We were just trying to act in the best interest of your pet and provide the best 'potential' care", but this is why overall the Veterinarian Industry has become the least trustworthy Industry in our marketplaces by explotation of our connection and dedication to our pets. In the end they gave suggestions for subsidized or "low income" assistance but just because we don't want to paying hyper inflated pricing with no cap on ever increasing added services as line item expenses, should not mean their clients are "low income" but rather just a further example of a runaway over pricing industry. In the end I hope to look forward to having a Vet offer a fair price, not up sell me on every visit, and listen to my pet care directives in the future.
I bring my Macaw here and brought my senior chihuahua at the end of her life. They were very compassionate and the staff was very accommodating to my grief. The cremation service they provide is very affordable and the way her cremains was given back to me was very respectful and beautiful. I really appreciate all they have done for me.
We had an emergency with our dog and they were able to see us the same day. One of the dew places open on Sundays!
All Creature Animal Veterinary My darling little Molly was taken to the above vet for her end of life procedure at 2 PM today. She was in final stage renal failure. She had stopped eating, barely drinking water. She slept all day and night only waking to go out. I watched videos, read article, I did everything I could to make the right decision and it wasn't easy. Last week the vet said we have respid care. You'd have to take her to a hospital for fluid IV's every few days and we can give her some pills for her nausea. Are you kidding me. You just showed me her blood work she is in final stage. Absolutely not I will take her home love and pamper her. till the end The Worst What should have been a peaceful calm good bye was turned into a complete sh-t show. First the room is so cold we should have worn long johns and poor Molly was freezing and shaking. Remember she is very sick. They did have a blanket for her as she threw up on hers on the way. Second we could have been in the middle of I-5 with the amount of traffic buzzing by. The lights in the room were so bright one would have thought we were there for the typical exam. They charge enough to do better. I know I gave them $1.000 just in the past week. If this isn't bad enough they stated "we are going to take her back put a port in give her a seditive and she'll be sleepy when we bring her back". What was brought back to us was a crying gagging little pup. I said get someone in here now. Well now is different to me than it is to them. It had to be at least 7-8 minutes before the vet came in to give the last shot. Watching Molly suffer was beyond heart breaking. What should have been our time of saying good bye and we love you was spent trying to calm her down. We were put in a position to hurry her death. I'm beyond angry. After Molly passed the vet asked would you like more time with her. Are you serious I wanted time with her before she passed! There was no compassion let alone experience. Please if your fur baby is healthy find a great vet because when it's time to say good bye all the good prior appointments don't matter. It's hard enough to make the decision and then to have it turned into a nightmare leaves you with guilt. Knowing Molly suffered more at this place than the time home will haunt me for the rest of my life.
Went there as an emergency. Beautiful staff! Very compassionate. Care like this will never be forgotten. Though Lala passed away Friday, your kindness gave us one last painless night together.
All creatures is amazing and caring. When my parents had to put their german Shepard down he was my daughter's best friend, they grew up together, they stayed open late to make sure her and I could come and say goodbye to him. We have used them every since and they now take care of our kitty. They are always honest, thoughtful, caring, and understanding of finances giving us alternatives to keep her quality of living without the expensive surgery she needs. Thank you
Dr. Hewitt & the team at All Creatures are all the very best. My wife & I came in with a feeling we knew what was coming with our dog. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. They listened to our every concern, they diagnosed & presented us with insights and options to make decisions. When the time was came, Dr. Hewitt was incredibly respectful and was a calm comfort in the moment.
