Everyone in the office is friendly & professional. They seem to enjoy their work and are good at their jobs. The doctors are terrific caring physicians. Dr. David Gent is our podiatrist, he is a truly a doctor with a great bedside manner and is very accomplished in his chosen medical field. We are so happy we were able to become his patients. I am pleased with my treatment during the first visit and plan to return for follow up care. Dr. Doan is clearly very capable but also caring and pleasant. I enthusiastically recommend him. The practice seems nice too -- comfortable waiting room and professional staff. Two thumbs up.
While having a toe operated on is no fun time, Dr. and his assistant made it better. Dr. has a great bedside manor, explaining everything in advance and keeping me informed. Dr’s surgical skills are great. I healed up without complications. They made scheduling easy too. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I have had multiple visits to Dr. Gent. He and his staff are very professional and insure that the treatment provided is correct for the issue. He performed surgery on my wife's foot which proved most beneficial. We highly recommend Dr. Gent to friends and relatives. My tendon release surgery to correct a hammer toe condition by Dr. Doan was a complete success. Without exaggeration, this was a positive life changing event. Chronic forefoot pain I was experiencing, limiting my enjoyment of such simple tasks as walking my dog in the park, was instantly, and by all indications permanently, relieved. Many thanks go to Dr. Doan, for his correct diagnosis and treatment implementation, to cause this significant improvement in my daily life.
I’ve been under Dr. Gent’s care for nearly 15 years. So I speak with personal knowledge that he has an excellent doctor , professional, knowledgeable and friendly…with an ideal bedside manner. I strongly recommend him with zero reservation.
I will only go to Dr Gent. He's amazing! I've had a few issues with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I ended up having surgery, and he did a great job! Any time someone asks for a recommendation, I make sure to send them his way.
Kitsap Foot and Ankle Clinic is the the best. Dr. Gent and the staff have been awesome since I started going to them. I knew I was headed for foot surgery but was not ready a few years ago and when I finally had it done a month ago, I had no idea what really involved. They have been there for me every step of the way. It has been A LOT more than I had expected as far as the things I had not thought of, like not ready to use my body in ways I was used. I was not prepared for how hard it would be to just get up off the bed with only one foot, or how much my foot would ache, how swollen it would be or that it would bleed a little the first few days right through the many layers of dressing. Dr. Gent answered every every crazy question I had, no matter how trivial it may have seemed to him, he felt my fear/concern and took spent the time to get back to me every single time. This is the best foot clinic in the ever, would not go anywhere else. I am so glad he has been on this journey with me because without him and my daughter I daughter I am not sure what how I would have made it.
