Description

An adult family home is licensed by the state of Washington to care for up to six residents to offer long-term “non-institutional” care. We provide warm, loving 24 hour personalized care in a family setting that is unmatched in the long-term care industry. We are a private home that can offer you varying levels of care, from assisted living to end of life/hospice care. We specialize in providing care for those who experience all levels of Dementia, including Alzheimer's.

Willow Creek can accommodate six adult residents per home and we offer either private or semi-private rooms. Rooms are lovingly furnished but we can accommodate and encourage our residents and families to bring any cherished items from their current home such as furniture, bedding, pictures or mementos to make them even more personal. Residents also enjoy a beautiful living room, dining area, and a spacious fenced back yard with a small garden just like home.

At Willow Creek we find inspiration in each of our residents' achievements and spirit. We honor them with respect and dignity. Our home reflects our understanding of the challenges and joy of the aging process and our commitment to each resident and family that chooses to make Willow Creek their home.

If you care about your loved ones, do not bring them here. All the negative reviews are absolutely right. Our mother was severely neglected ,and we immediately moved her out, and she is still receiving medical attention. The owner, manager, staff are horrible. The owner will say anything to cover her self and staff. Her famous way of replying to the true negative reviews are by say "do I know you?" Are you sure you have the right place?... the review by Jill Stutsman, was my sister who did not live long enough to see the true nature of this place. And if she had...she would have no doubt taken her 5 star review down.
My father lives there and has for five years. When they took him in he was slipping away from us very quickly and we expected this would be a hospice situation for him but the staff and access to local doctors changed everything! He started gaining weight, started interacting with staff and other residents and now five years later he’s stronger than ever. I read a poor review by some guy named Brian and I have never met this guy! I see my dad weekly and I know all the staff and residents. I think Brian has the wrong place in mind. Willow Creek adult care is a wonderful family setting and the owner lives on site and is involved 24 hours a day.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. The owner takes care of her staff and management with education opportunities and trips that results in a positive impact on the work environment and day to day needs for each client. The management and staff have minimal turnover so the staff you meet today will be there next year and the year after. Consistency is really important and time and time again, they provide this in each home. They put the residents first and make it as close to a family living situation as possible. With gingerbread activities around the holidays or egg decorating in the spring. I realize how many emotions go into end of life care or living arrangements and how hard it can be to make the choice. I have and will continue to recommend Willow Creek to friends and family.
Shame on Willow Creek. This Adult family home knowingly hired a resident manager that was abusive to the residents and staff for years and years. The state set up an investigation based on these awful allegations and told Willow Creek that they need to fire that horrible lady. The manager agreed...But the next time they came to check on the house that nightmare of a lady was back at the house and still working. I would never ever put someone I love into willow creek. The owner only cares about her income and will not work a minute as a caregiver in one of her own homes. Please look into the investigations on willow creek before considering this place.
Many years ago I worked at willow creek A.F.H. infact, this was my first nursing assistant job ever ! I absolutely loved it at willow creek. This place is remarkable in their care for your loved ones ! I have worked many places in my 20 years as a nursing assistant I i can honestly say that willow creek was the best !!!
This is a very clean and well maintained home. They can accommodate of a wide range of care needs and the staff strive to truly make it feel like a family member's home.
This is a better option then a nursing home. Staff is great
