UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST: The new owner reached out to me and addressed my issues as well as notifying me he just took over the establishment and he was very helpful and fixed my concerns Would give no stars if I could! They charge late fees every month even though I’m on auto pay and they charge you to carry insurance which should be THEIR responsibility! The code for the gate never works and they never answer the phone or return a call. I’m just waiting for a different option to open up and I’m pulling my stuff out of this storage unit.
Very clean...a bit out of the way for me. Was all i could fine in July of last year. Everyone was very helpful....
Edit: Their reply stating that they have reached out to me multiple times is completely false. They texted once, on 7/18/22, and actually accused me of being behind on my rent and threatened auction. I replied that I am most certainly up-to-date with my rent, to which they replied an hour later, “oh, my mistake I was looking at the wrong account”. They then asked if they could call me at 3 PM that day to discuss my issues, to which I replied yes. They never called. I received a text the next day asking if we could reschedule, which I ignored. If they didn’t have the decency and professionalism to call me when they stated they would, then I have no desire to speak to them. This company is completely unprofessional and unorganized, and honestly a bit scary but I’m trusting my valuable items with them. I’ve been renting a climate controlled unit for over a year now, and was very happy up until the business was sold recently to a new owner. 4 major issues below: 1. The gate is now always left open, so if part of your reason for choosing a storage facility is a secure perimeter, you might as well pass on this particular one. 2. The hallway in my unit was always clean and tidy, obviously swept out on a daily basis. It’s now filthy. I don’t think it’s been swept since the new owners were handed the keys. 3. Not only is there never anyone on site at the office to talk to, they never answer the phone. Like ever. I received notice that I needed to contact the new owners to provide them with my billing information since that did not transfer from the previous owners. I tried calling several times, stopping by several times, and there was never anyone there to help. Thankfully the issue was resolved, no thanks to them. 4. No less than a month into new ownership, they raised the rent over 15%. We are currently seeking out other facilities, and hope to move out soon.
Would give a Zero if I could. I saw that 2 months ago they said they were working on fixing their gate system. I had this exact same problem last night. I rented a uhaul and now I have to pay extra for it! I was texted one time, the next day. Completely ridiculous
This facility is in fantastic shape and is very secure. Carl the owner is a very kind and helpful man and helped me out with getting a climate controlled unit. He really has the best price in town in addition to being a very well kept up facility.
Amazing Customer Service, Afforadable Rates, and 100% Secure. We rented our unit for 5 months and had absolutely no problems. Also, rent was easy to pay with multiple options.
I highly recommend this storage facility! Excellent customer service! Very secure! I stored my RV here and I have a unit! I haven’t had to worry about any of it and I have used them for more than a year! Very reasonable rates!
Really clean, climate controlled units that are easy to access. Very safe because it is gated and there are security cameras. Customer service is excellent. Will be renting another unit for sure.
would give a zero signed up online showed up with a truck load of stuff for storage at the damn gate wouldn't open with code … all numbers go to voicemail no emergency or after hours number so i payed for a unit and couldn’t even get in to it . Then had to go back home and unload all of it .
This is a great storage. The owner is friendly and the place is super clean in and out. The climate controlled building is very clean with super bright led lights. A perfect place to store valuables.
