All Phase Hydraulics is the best place locally for repairs and for mid to high volume new cylinders under 10" bore size. I highly recommend you contact them for all your cylinder needs. Stan Fluit is an incredible General Manager. With his leadership, this company will be in great shape for many many years.

While I feel it's somewhat unfair to All Phase to give them this review, that is where I dropped my equipment off to have work done. I was given a price and left. Days later I had to call to find out what was going on. My machine needed more then just a motor replaced. So they sent it to Speed Wrench for further work. Speed Wrench is owned by the same company as All Phase and conveniently located in the same building. Long story short, I was never given a additional price to have them tear into it. Once apart, I was given a crazy high price to have them fix it. I called around and found a brand new bolt on part for cheaper then the repair so I told them to stop I didn't want them to fix it. I'm fully aware that there's a cost involved with diagnosis and I'm fine paying for that. My problem is that they had no business tearing into my machine without first giving me a estimate to do so written or verbal. When I went to pick it up I was surprised with a bill for 6 hours of labor. This is just unacceptable to me. Plenty of other Hydraulic repair facilities around Grand Rapids that are happy to give estimates for work to be performed. **Update 12/28/21. Just received a phone call about this incident, was apologized to for the lack of communication on their part and for not giving me a cost associated with tearing into the machine. While I appreciate them reaching out trying to help smooth things over, I still feel I got the short end of the stick. Jeff at All Phase went above and beyond with his quality service and communication. Jerry at Speed Wrench did not and is the main reason for my negative review.

I had a pump off a logsplitter I picked up and knew little to nothing about it. These guys were able to look up and get information and a rebuild kit for it when I was about to toss it out. I had a great experience with the people here! A great looking shop too! You've got a life long customer here!

Great experience! I had a few hydraulic lines for my tractor made within a few minutes of showing up. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and well priced for a great product.

I brought my tractor up there and they fixed it on the spot. Was there for 20 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful, and the price was great. Would highly recommend.

I sent a cylinder in here for a heavy rebuild and talked to Greg towards the end of closing time. He said my hydraulic cylinder will be ready tomorrow. If his time frame stands, so will this 5 star review. A one week turnaround time is nothing to sneeze at! In regards to Kelly K's review, heavy equipment repairs don't happen overnight when you want them done right the first time. Coaching the customer an accurate lead time on the cylinder repair is always the first step. I can't help but wonder if All Phase has to endure your review because you over promised worse, didn't ask estimated repair time.

Guys are good guys to work with they work very well they addressed all my issues fixed my equipment up and got me running again

Going to start this off by saying I hate to put bad post out there but it has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with this company they have had my pump for well over 3 weeks and have not called to keep us updated on what's going on we called them to find out when it was only supposed to be a three-day build and they still have my pump horrible service and not to mention all my lost business because I can't fulfill what I told my customers I would would never use them again or recommend
