Love the selections and variety here. They generally have good quality material. Service is hit-and-miss. Like today, about 6pm, I stopped for an item. Couldn’t find it. Walked nearly to the back of the store and back out the front without so much as ONE employee offering assistance. It’s just the way I was brought up.

My typical go to hardware store, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable a rare combination! They generally have almost everything I need, I also appreciate that they are closed on Sundays! They have supplied a lot of my DIY jobs, with the supplies, tools, and knowledge. One of the best hardware stores in the area.

My wife and I found a Grill that we loved. We purchased it via the internet, not knowing that it was fully assembled. When we expressed not being able to get the grill because of this. They expressed it was no problem. They offered to bring it to our home almost 25 minutes away. This is the place with the helpful Hardware Folks!

I've been to hardware stores for work across the Midwest so allow me to be the dad dork I am and say that this is the BEST hardware store I've ever been to! Very well staffed, great selection, clean, welcoming, and organized. I live in Holland but will start getting my tools and supplies here! Keep up the great work guys!

Usually good sometimes not. Was waiting 5-10 minutes at the key making station while being ignored by employees within arms reach that were seemingly not too busy. EDIT Had keys made twice today. 1st time great and friendly service. The second time, a few hours later, very unfriendly staff and ignored.

Love browsing. But I always come out with stuff I don't need. But they do have everything, and personal service WOW. Kinda pricey but quality is always above and beyond

Very kind and helpful. Cut me a new car key with the chipped fob for less then half of the price quoted by dealership. Worked great in and out in 20 mins after the dealership told me it would be an hour and a half wait.

We install kitchens all over the state of Michigan ... I literally think I've been in almost every single Ace hardware in Michigan and this is the biggest one! Very helpful! Very clean! by far keep up the good work

Great place, had what I needed. The prices a little high but acceptable. The service representative were very helpful.
