Dr Mccoy is great, however there is a huge turnover of employees here with the latest staff being incompetent in billing issues and a revolving door with assistants and hygienists. After over 15 years of coming to this location we are looking for a new dentist.
Dr. McCoy is the best. He always listens to my concerns and treats us like family. It's rare, in Orlando, to find an honest dentist and I appreciate Dr. McCoy and his staff to the fullest!
I am a faithful patient of All smiles Dental. When I started coming here I had a lot of issues with my teeth but Ocean has been amazing helping me fix my teeth and address all my concerns. My teeth hygiene is so much better and it’s also improved my self esteem. Dr McCoy is amazing and all of his staff. The ladies in the front are most helpful, professional and always with a mile. I highly refer all smiles dental to anyone looking for a great dentist.
I visited Dr. McCoys office a few months ago. I got two teeth extracted and he did phenomenal. From the anesthetic to the actual extraction, everything was pain free. As for his staff, the assistant was very nice. She talked me through the whole procedure step by step. Dr. McCoy is an intelligent man and keeps you laughing the entire time. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. I've recommended this office to several friends of mine and they all have loved it. Dr. McCoy and Ocean have been taking care of me for around 5 years. All Smiles Dental is the best dental office that I have ever been to! They really care if you are in pain. The skill and quality of work is top notch. They are also willing to work with you financially. Which is a relief! I have had everything from root canals to fillings and regular cleanings. In all phases, All Smiles Dental excels.
My family has gone to this dentist for several visits over the last year and we absolutely love it! Dr McCoy does a great job and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. The dental hygienist is awesome. She takes the time to educate you on how to care for your teeth at home and gives suggestions that cater to your specific needs. The front desk staff are fabulous! They are so friendly and funny. They give the place a very laid back vibe- which is great if your nervous about dental work. They helped us go over treatment plans and prioritize the work to be done according to what we can afford and what insurance will cover. They didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable at any time. As another reviewer stated, they don't do root canals here. But I wouldnt let that discourage you. They gave me a referral for my root canal, which wasn't a big deal, and I came back for my crown. But everything else we needed has been done in-office. Some of which was rather extensive, including extractions, and a bridge. They are prompt also, never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. We have really enjoyed our experience and will continue to use them!!
All Smiles Dental office staff really knows what customer service really means. This was my first time visiting this office with an issue and you would have thought I was a patient of theirs for years. They are very professional but yet friendly, caring and honest. If you are looking for an office who cares about you and your dental care. Stop looking you found them. Just give them a call.
I have gone to All Smiles Dental several times and each trip has been better than the last. The quality of service you receive from the staff is unmatched and the Front Desk Receptionists are warm and welcoming. I love the fact that the Dentist and the hygienists explain exactly what they are doing and what all the technical terms mean. They are kind-hearted people and I don't imagine getting my semi-annual check ups anywhere else, anytime soon!
Had a filling done and to my surprise I didn’t even feel the shot. I hate going to the dentist but felt at ease at this office. Every small staff so I get the best care! They listen and I know what is being done before I do anything. Not to mention the cost is very reasonable even on a tight budget. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Dr. McCoy.
I have had lots of dental work done and most experiences have been unpleasant. I am a new patient to All Smiles Dental and could not have been more pleased. Everyone made me feel welcomed, didn’t make me feel that my dental issues past and present were all my fault, or pressure me into anything that I didn’t need or want. I have shared my positive experiences with family and friends. They know my fears and were very happy for me. They are now evaluating where they are currently going and are considering making a move to All Smiles Dental.
