The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. Danielle at the front desk makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Brittany was very patient, kind, and informative. Stephanie and Jo were very helpful and explained very well what was going on. Dr. Torre was very nice, helpful, patient, and informative. He provided excellent service and made me feel comfortable with my procedure. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend and will be coming here for all my future dental needs!
Went here years ago to get crowns put in. They messed up multiple times and convinced/forced me to go with a set of crowns that I didn’t like because I had an underbite. Managed to order the wrong set of crowns and had me driving an hour and a half each way to get temporaries put back in while I waited months to get the right set. I’ve had to get the left front crown cemented in multiple times because they didn’t create it with enough stability to stay in. It even popped off just weeks after having it put in and they tried to send me a bill to put it back on! The right stays because it’s a bridge but now I can’t find any dentists who will put their poorly designed crown back in because it’ll just come back off. Stay away from this place.
My mother in Law went there about 2 years ago to get a partial denture… I drove further from my house because they were the only ones open around strict covid protocols and she needed a partial denture badly so we decided to go there. She is allowed one partial denture once every 5 years with her insurance. I couldn’t figure out when after 6 months it was loose and coming out constantly. They said no worries and put a liner in. She struggled with it the whole time. She was not eating and the receptionist said earliest could put her in was in a month from now. After all this time I finally got a few second opinions because I couldn’t believe that it was NOT A REAL DENTURE!!!!!! It was only a healing denture which is only supposed to last 6 months, they charged her insurance over $3,000 and we had to pay $400 out of pocket. I got several opinions because I just couldn’t believe someone would do this. Staff was nice but this is shady. We now are paying out of pocket $1,235 at another office for an actual denture. Yes we could get a cheaper one for $400 but I felt so bad putting her through this so I got her the best quality after this struggle. I know she doesn’t speak English well but this is no way to take advantage of her, I am truly disgusted. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My husband and I have been going to this Ocoee for a few months now. The best part of the visit is always the dentist himself and his assistant Stephanie. She is a professional with personality. My most recent visit was yesterday and Stephanie knew exactly when to comfort and reassure me while I was in the chair. Thank you for what you do!

casey was very attentive and kind. i was in such a bad state when i arrived but she made me feel comfortable. i will definitely go back and have them help me further. Dr De La Torre was quick and efficient; it couldn't have went better, i didn't feel a thing. thank you for making me feel beautiful. -cat
The staff seem okay. I wasn't overly fond of the dentist or the dental hygienist, the dental assistant was nice though. The thing that really got me however, was the fact that I told the receptionist that booked my appointment, the dental assistant and the Dentist that I have dental anxiety. I mentioned the fact that I have dental anxiety three different times to three different people but somehow this was never noted in my chart. Fast forward three months from my initial visit to today, the day that I was suppose to get a cleaning. I walked In ten minutes before my appointment and had to use the bathroom. I used the bathroom and the dental hygienist made a point to say that I was in the bathroom for "10 minutes on HER time" which I was not, I was in the bathroom for six minutes. We start to do the cleaning and I jitter and do what I can to bear with her as she pokes my teeth, mind you I told her at the beggining of the cleaning that I have dental anxiety making this the 4th member of the staff that I have told that I have dental anxiety. About 1/2 hour into the appointment the hygienist decides that she can not do the cleaning because my anxiety is to high and I'm moving around too much. I do not blame her however, even if I do feel that I was treated a bit rudely by her, I blame the other THREE people that I told about my dental anxiety that did nothing about it. I am leaving three stars because the dental hygienist still did what she could do even with me squirming in the chair and I was not charged for it. However, now I am out an appointment that I had to wait nearly three months for and have to make a new appointment with a new dentist office. Overall it was a pretty frustrating experience.
