Zero stars. Cold room. The staff joked about having to keep pets overnight even though they were going to pass. Mind you the over night fee was $397 Per night. The doctor has zero remorse for my Rosemary To show me that she was weak and in bad condition to make a point, he threw her on the table knocking her over. I do not recommend. My Rosemary died 1 hour later after returning home.
My hedgehog kiwi went here for an abscess in his mouth and Dr.Innocent and the rest of the team did everything possible to save him, unfortunately he passed away due to how severe the infection was as it was unnoticeable for months. They sedated him and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and they truly cared about my little man and were so considerate the entire time. Thank you guys so so much for everything you did
Yoda was sick and needed a check up. Dr. Innocent was able to diagnose her quickly. He was able to point us in the right direction with correct heating and basking ranges. She stayed a couple of nights and is doing wonderful now back at home. Staff was great! Gave me updates and called to follow-up on our dragon. Turns out there was nothing wrong with her after all! Took her to her regular vet and her labs are normal. Feel like I got scammed out of 1200$. Don't take your animals here!
This place is amazing, especially Dr. Innocent! We have a rabbit, Jupiter, who suddenly experienced brain swelling and nystagmus in her eyes. That day we were told she could have a very low chance of surviving but Dr. Innocent knew exactly what to do, explained everything to us in detail, and she was 95% better in 3 days! He has a great outlook on life, is very knowledgeable, and really cares for each patient. I would highly recommend coming here!
All Species Animal Hospital was the only Animal Hospital that was able to see our ferret especially on Christmas day. When we took her in we had no idea what was wrong with her, it turns out that she was critical with pneumonia I didn't know that ferret's could get the pneumonia and was bleeding out of her nose and mouth. They took her into the hospital without any hesitation and took care of her. The lady that took her in didn't even flinch or get upset over getting blood on her fleece sweatshirt and she was very friendly the entire time. They have been calling to check on ShuShu our ferret periodically to make sure that she is still doing well. We took her for her second recheck today and they said that she no longer has the pneumonia. That's the best news we could have gotten after what she was like when we first took ShuShu to this hospital. The doctor was also more than willing to help give us information on how to take care of her such as cleaning her ears, her diet, and anything else we had questions about. I definitely recommend this animal hospital without a doubt and will remain a client with them. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond for us.
Unbelievable is all I can say! From the front desk to the back office, rude and uncaring. I ended up here on a Saturday, my guinea pig fell and broke her leg. Vet wanted to convince me to euthanize 'after' he wanted to take x-rays. I refused x-rays knowing his 'agenda' was clearly not in my pets best interest whatsoever. I was then presented w a treatment plan that included incubation overnight for 1,300 which was never discussed!!! The snide blonde gal that gave it to me, deserves to be fired. Cold as 'ice'. .My girl is now receiving treatment for her injury in a humane place in Alpharetta. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY ANIMAL OF MINE FOR A SECOND. WALKED OUT W SOME METACAM, ANTIBIOTICS FOR 300.00 . COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTED. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
This place was AMAZING!!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and immediately felt welcome. Ebony was the friendliest receptionist I've ever met and then the doctor Dr. Innocent took the time to show us the correct way to care for my daughters turtle . He never made us feel rushed and encouraged us to ask all the questions we wanted. We arrived all stressed out and left extremely releived What a great experience!!
I'm not sure how the actual vets themselves are here so I cannot speak on that but it's for the girls who answer at the front desk they are no help at all and simply seem as if they do not care about anything thanks for nothing I will never bring my animals here. I would like to add an update and response to the response I was given to my review as well so I am editing this and adding a little extra on the end I never refuse to bring my animal in and at the direction of multiple other vet to my called it was so simple question as to how to get a sticky substance off of my bird it was non-toxic to him I was very clear and very forward in my questions and statements nothing was ever miscommunicated. A simple canola oil and Dawn bath cleaned him right up thanks to the direction of multiple other vets and no help of your vet at all. I have been dealing with animals for a very long time and was a vet assistant myself and it's very easy to tell with a simple phone call which vets actually care and which vets actually just want your money. Thanks to the help of my vet and multiple other avian vets that we were able to get in touch with we got him cleaned right up and he is much better now thanks for none of your help and again I will never be bringing my animals here!
This was the worst vet experience I’ve ever had in my life. If I could give less that one star… I would. I had an emergency with my parrot after hours and they were the only place open that said they specialize in birds. I arrived at the door, with my injured bird, and had to stand out in the cold for 10 minutes before they came to the door. They took my bird and told me to give them my DL and a credit card and left me locked in a small, filthy foyer. 45 minutes later, a vet calls me on my phone and says my bird should be euthanized. An hour later, they brought me a bill and my dead bird in a box. I don’t understand why this place treats customers like lepers. I would never go back to this place and would never recommend what I went through to anyone. Disgusted.
I was gifted a bunny for Mother’s Day, unfortunately my lil bunny became ill with a respiratory infection, Dr. Garry showed Buddy nothing but love. He gave me sound advice and told me how to care for him. This visit, Buddy is now a little over 5 months & he’s doing so well. I had to get a pic and leave a review. He deserves it, their entire staff does. Exceptional customer service. If you’re in need of a vet, please give them a try. You can’t listen to everyone’s opinion about an establishment, experience things for yourself. You’ll be pleased. I am extremely pleased. Thank you Dr. Garry & staff
