Allen Edmonds Store

They were under-staffed when I visited on a Sunday. The man who was there seemed personable and knowledgeable about the products but he was the only guy there. Of course they didn't have the shoes I wanted in stock either. When I called back days later this store didn't answer their phone after multiple attempts. As a result I called the main customer service line and they, in conjunction with this store, did help get me a new pair of shoes after the ones which were delivered to my home had defects. All in all, a solid experience from a luxury shoe boutique but it could've been slightly better and for the money I'd probably demand it.

I was in need of a new pair of dress shoes and have never owned Allen Edmonds before. I simply stopped by to take a look as I was in the area and typically this store is too far from where I live over an hour out of the way to warrant a drive. I was greeted warmly by Courtney when I walked in. She was wonderful to work with. Her knowledge of the product and eagerness to share it sold me on the brand. From beginning to end she assisted everywhere from finding the perfect size and last shape for my feet to determining which sole material is best for my needs to teaching me a few new tricks I never knew about shoe maintenance Not only did I leave purchasing shoes I didn't even know I was looking for, but I will certainly make the drive back for any future shoe needs.

Great customer service to go with a great shoe. Luis listens to what you are looking for and gives many styles and option that fit your needs. The customer service is all around exceptional and never pushy. Allen Edmonds is definitely breaking its' stereotype and is now designing many modern styles to go with their ageless classics.

Both the associate Guillermo and the manager were extremely helpful in getting my shoe fitted, and gave me different options when it comes to styling the shoe. Very good store. Recommended

If you're going to invest in excellent shoes, I have two recommendations: choose Allen Edmonds, and do your best to visit one of their physical locations to be fitted, and to really test their excellent range of footwear. The location at Boca Raton is a boutique, hosting fairly wide selection of Allen Edmonds trademark shoes, with the option to order in to the store if the size and style your looking for isn't available. The manager Luis Pla helped me with my shoes when I visited, deftly sizing me up, and quickly determining an appropriate size after just a few comments from me. I left left satisfied with my experience, walking away with a better deal than any I was likely to discover online.

Very bad customer service. I love the shoes, quality and design, but they should train employees. I changed twice a pair of shoes, they could find my size, i have a common 9D. They don't follow up orders, and they were rude when i requested finally to refund the money, because i was very tired to drive from Miami Beach twice to give me the right size.
