Allen Harrison Company

This company managed a complex called Seventeen15 Apartments, now known as Delray Apartment Homes. I moved into the complex in the Spring of 2016, and recently moved out this summer. Throughout that time frame, management changed several times. Upon move out, my pet deposit was "lost" in the mix. All the companies that managed this property in that time frame gave me the run around and no one ever took responsibility, so I was cheated out of at least $250. Seeing as this is the company that I signed on with in the first place, I am leaving this review here as well as with the current company that manages the complex now. Extremely unprofessional.

I am moving out of apt 7109 Riverside Villa Ft Worth Texas do not let them tell you that all B2's don't have drawers underneath the Kitchen bar in this apt you get one full-size drawer and two small ones by the stove We had looked at an apt that was a B2 that had drawers they did not tell us this unit would not be the same they are the big guys so there is probably no recourse, however, this is DECEPTIVE . We tried to address it with them and they flat out lied to us said none of the B2 had drawers underneath the Kitchen bar you will, of course, pay the same rent as the apts that do have drawers . Also, the fridge leaks was fixed with duck tape so there is an awful smell with it and it still leaks was told I would get a new fridge another lie get the pattern they lie a lot .. The microwave overheats on a baked tater . Underneath the sink likes to leak and flood been "fixed" 5 times . Good luck renting here you will need it AND we were told that there were no other apts in the complex to move in however the owners seem to think we were hmmmm I looked up Xtreme Contractors and could not find them listed ???

I leased stone grove fall creek in 2019 paid security deposit 850, later they changed the management now the current management says they deposit is 250. Allen Harrison doesn't answer phone, doesn't reply to emails. Cheaters

Don't rent from these people. I'm having a hell of a time just getting things fixed in my apartment. Was told the maintenance man was coming he showed up 2 days later.
