At this point I'm very afraid plus my health is involved need emergency housing assistance hoping code enforcement come this week.

I'm a property owner. I use CTH to manage my rental home. From the onset, it was a disaster. They said they would advertise my home and find a renter. Their "advertising" is a complete joke. Without going into much detail, I was the one that found an interested renter through my own advertising.  Secondly, communication is very poor - my renters ended up arriving to my house at 2AM with all their stuff the night before I moved out because of this poor communication. I felt bad for the renters.  Lastly, out of 8 months, I have only received my rent check by the 15th of the month TWICE. I was told I could expect it by the 15th of each month, but almost always it is delayed until the next month - so stay away if you can't afford a mortgage buffer in your budget otherwise you won't be able to pay your mortgage on time with your rent. The silly thing is, THE RENTERS PAY ON TIME! But this rental company is incapable of mailing me a check. As I write this, it is Feb 8th, and I haven't received my check for last month. They keep blaming their secretary, which is sad.  I find it very hard to believe they are actually checking on the status of my property. I have never received an unprompted update, and when I do ask if anyone has been by to even eyeball my house, I get very vague responses, but nothing specific.  Stay away.

Harrison Realty manged a townhouse I had been living in for the past 3 years.  They were never more than a phone call way for any issues and always delivered same day service for any repairs.  They are a very friendly and caring operation.

Ms donna was 5 stars but Charles punzo is the ower is a slumb lord and we were the 13 years

When u call to pay your rent it most likely will be after 11 am b4 they open
