If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have 5 policies with them and had our rates raised when we moved to another state that's okay, we understood that. Then when we got a less expensive and older vehicle, our insurance didn't go down any. We asked about it and were told to wait until the policy to renews to see if it goes down - this should have been our first warning. Our policy renewed and when we received the notice, we learned the cost went UP. We then got multiple quotes from other reputable companies ALL at least $40 less expensive per month. We called again and requested them to review our policy to see why and how to lower it. We were told they would look into it and call back the following day. Did we receive a call back the following day? NOPE. Finally, several days later we call again, only to find out "there is nothing they can do". WOW! Apparently, this is how loyal customers with multiple policies are treated. The lack of customer service is astounding. Buyer beware!

We were transfered to Frank after our broker of many years retired, we couldnt be more happy. Frank answered all our questions and consulted us through the purchase of our first home. Frank has all our policies now, as well as my sisters, parents, aunts, uncles and cousins!
