Paul Gran has been my Farmer’s agent for many years and I can’t say enough about his excellent personal service and professionalism. He has never failed to return my call right away and always explained anything in detail to me so I was never lost in insurance jargon. Lol Farmer’s is very lucky to have him as one of there agents he’s definitely one of the good guys.
Paul has been great to work with. We have had lots of changes with our policies over the years and Paul has made everything so easy for us. He is extremely honest and always tryin to help us get the best rate with the best coverage for our lifestyle. I would highly recommend working with Paul. My husband and I definitely trust him and we know that we are in great hands. He checks in on us to make sure we are doing alright and to see if we need anything. It is great! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our insurance. He’s been terrific!
Paul has been an amazing insurance agent since day one. I used to be insured by AAA and my agent was terrible. When i purchased my new home he would never return any of my phone calls to update information, so i knew it was time for me to make the switch. Paul was referred to me by my boss and was able to get me a quote for home and auto same day, write me a new policy and save me a couple hundred dollars. Since then, I have sold and purchased new cars and have gotten married and Paul has updated our info SUPER fast every time I've reached out. He is always personable and great to talk to. I wouldn't refer anyone anywhere else but to Paul at Farmers!
Paul has been great to work with over the years. A couple weeks ago, I got a flat tire with my toddler son in the car. I asked my husband what to do and he said to call Paul. I called Paul and he was able to help right away! He found the closest place that could help me change my tire immediately. A short time later, I was back on the road and made it to my sons school party just in time! Needless to say, Paul has been awesome! Thanks again Paul!
