I always feel like I'm a top priority even though I can't hsvh babies anymore. It is awesome that he takes his time and listens to things like bladder leakage and then works to help with the problem. I really feel like a priority and not just another patient as if we were part of an assembly line. I also have to say that his nurses are more than amazing. They are caring compassionate and they listen to whatever you have to say as well! The whole office staff in Lima are amazing!
Everyone was very nice. I really liked Dr Chung, because he took the time to explain everything that was going on with me. He didn't rush like other doctors do. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm really disappointed that he is leaving the Lima area. I would tell women if they were looking for a team of good doctors, this is a great place to go. They are all about taking the best care of there patients health.
I have been a patient for almost 25 years and have had only good experiences. I have had three children, a miscarriage, procedures and a hysterectomy - all done . with no problems or complications. They scheduled me right away when I found a problem that was later diagnosed as breast cancer. Through my various experiences I have had they have always been professional and there to help
I scheduled an appointment though alliance several months in advance. Not even a month before my appointment alliance was calling me to cancel my appointment, not only did this inconvenience me but I asked for some medical records to be passed onto another doctor. After alliance did so I called to reschedule my appointment with them and they refused to provide me with their services. Now not only did they inconvenience me but they are refusing to see me again because I needed a doctor for colds and flu. Thanks for nothing alliance for woman's health.
I know this office is obstetrics and also specializes in pelvic pain. They don't rush me when I have a problem so if my wait is a little longer than normal, I realize that someone else may have a complication and need a little more time than expected. The staff is great and the doctors are very knowledgeable.
I have tolerated this office for several years, but will not return any longer. Although they are thorough, they provide terrible customer service. In the five or six years I have been going there, they NEVER keep your proper appointment time. Always expect at least a 45 to 60 minute wait AFTER your appointment time to be called back, and then expect an additional 20 - 30 minute wait for the Doctor. Most recently, I waited an hour to be called back for 15 minute follow up appointment, only to be stuck in a room for another twenty minutes waiting for the Doctor. Not being able to wait any longer, I had to leave without seeing the Doctor due to being late for a meeting at work because of their poor customer service. They will waste your time and money. Seek another provider if you value your time and your personal/vacation time at work.
He performed a hysterectomy and a bladder sling. Cant remember all the proper names they are called but he let me know what was going to be done and how it was going to be done. He answered all my questions about both procedures so I knew exactly what was going to happen. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Chung and his staff truly care about their patients. They have provided me with early detection and easy solutions, explaining everything in great detail making things easy to understand. I would highly recommend.
The reason I gave three stars is because when you go in for your appt. You could be thier three hours need to work better at thier timing, sadly Dr Chung, is leaving when I needed surgery they waited to long decide an now leaving.
They all are great! They put up with my sillyness, and they all treat me very good..luv um . JACKIE is awesome and Dr. Chung is very nice and funny at times, he saved me...
