So I injured my shoulder Monday and just needed a quick x-ray to determine if I had damaged my collar bone again. Simple right? Well being deaf my wife usually accompanies me so that I'm sure to understand. How about they denied me my right and I pointed it out to the nurse who could only sit at the desk and talk about how we interrupted them napping and she's going home at 5 to bathe, nap and get ready to go to the bar. Furious isn't the word. I was never asked my medical history or medications or anything. I can't even give one star because the service was unprofessional.
They need to hire better staff for this facility in Holly Springs, MS because the elderly African American woman named Ms. Martha Brown is very unprofessional. Most RNs know what to do and how to have a conversation with individuals who are seeking help. I tired getting help from her in a crisis situation and just because I needed more tests than what I originally thought, she acted as if I was asking too much from her to do her job. Regardless of what I originally needed, the only thing she needed to do was adjust accordingly. I didn’t need any smart comments or huffing and puffing. I needed help. There were no other patients in the ER. She was sitting at the desk doing nothing with no urgency from her to help me. As a therapist and crisis team member, I was trying to help my client. I decided it was best to make other arrangements for my client. I would not recommend ANYONE going to this facility. The only person who acted as if she wanted to help was the young receptionist. She was the only nice and professional staff member. Others were not concerned AT ALL. I wouldn’t give them any stars because the service sucks.
Clean facilities, excellent doctors. Lots of parking but usually crowded, because of other health facilities in building. Invalid access.
I was very sick. This is the closest hospital to my home. The care I received was as good, if not better, than the large hospitals. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the old days; but the care is not.
My mother-in-law is a current patient at the Holly Springs Hospital and has been since Saturday. We have been unable to speak with her as there are no phones in the rooms. The only update we can get is how many people have called to check on her. Today’s total is 12. When I asked Patricia if we could get HIPPA signed she hung up on me.
Just like another recent review, I live in Texas and have never been to Mississippi. I got a bill for over $1,000 for something, which I cannot figure out what its for, and I call them and its a random voicemail saying, "This is Jennifer..leave a message." And she never calls back. Scam alert?
On Wednesday July 20, 2016 I had a PET scan done by your system at Tulane Hospital, New Orleans. My care team were Emmaline and Sheila. I wish it to be recorded that they were wonderful. They dealt so kindly and caringly for my needs. I was very nervous about going into the scanner; they gently coaxed me along, and the experience was not anything as bad as I had anticipated. I would like them to know how much I appreciate them. I tried to reply to them by email but it would not transmit. Mary P. O'Donovan
I live in Texas. Never been to this facility. Received a bill for $3887.52 for a drug test patient is a chronic pain patient. Don''t know why this was sent from Texas to Mississippi for evaluation and why something called "CONFIRMATION" at $3,300 was charged. This may be one for the news media to investigate
We received a bill for $2,092.86 and I work in the medical field and the blood work test that the "doctor" ordered is unheard of! I though what kind of doctor that would order 20 lab test for Physical! Then it dawned on me, that this might be a scam!!! Sure enough, I came here and saw all these comment from other people who received the same thing. Ridiculous! This calls an investigation, I feel bad for those people that have gotten the bill and actually paid for it.
You hire bigots. LPN Susan Mccuiston has posted hateful disparaging remarks about Muslims on social media. How can a Muslim person come to your office an know they would get the proper healthcare when the LPN hates them? Is she professional enough to put her hate aside during an emergency?
