Definitely not in the best section of town. Driver to the airport was friendly and helpful. When we returned from our trip, the driver yelled at us for being late and that he had been waiting for an extremely long time. The trip back was frightening. The driver kept cutting people off and then just stopping in front of them to make the other driver angry. We definitely violated several traffic laws and we were relieved to make it back in one piece. As the driver was unloading our luggage he asked where his tip was. The people we came back on the van with were having trouble with their one window. Fortunately our car was ok as far as I know right now. Definitely paying a little extra and parking at the airport next time!!
Horrible experience. We called 20 minutes in advance that we are arriving and have only 3 hours before the international flight. They said there is a shuttle waiting. When we arrived, there was no shuttle and they told us we’ll have to wait 30-40 minutes for a shuttle. They were very disrespectful and treated us poorly with super slow service. Took them 25 minutes to register the car because they keep paper records only. Gave us a 20-question form to fill while I already filled a form online but they said they do not receive this information. Dirty unsafe place 20 minutes away from JFK. We and everyone else had to take Ubers to the airport and we paid $39 to get to the airport- almost missed the flight and definitely would if we tried to wait for their shuttle . On the way back, they said they will take only one person from the family who will have to get he car and pick up the rest from the airport and otherwise we would have to wait at least 40 minutes or more and when I objected, they said that I paid for parking the car and not for the ride for four. It was utterly disrespectful and we had to take an Uber again - another $40. In the end, it was more than a cab both ways with a lot of poor attitude . I saw a ton of negative reviews for tbis parking with a different name. I think I have a good idea why they changed the name. If you park there, don’t count on a shuttle to take you to the airport.
HORRIBLE SERVICES!!! The parking area is not safe. The shuttle bus service is VERY BAD! We had to wait for 1 hour for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport. On the way back it was even worse. When we called them the guy said shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting we called again and were told another lie that shuttle can't get to the pick up area and we need to go upstairs to departure area, when we asked why the guy yelled stop calling; and hang up the phone. After waiting for almost an hour we end up taking a taxi. And driver only called when we were in our car driving home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
They Was Very Rude Left Me At The Airport For 3 Hours AfterCalling Him & He Told Me Meet Him At Arrivals #6 Then He Calls Me Back Saying GoTo Departures Same Number Because He Don’t Feel Like Sitting N Traffic I Told Him I Have Asthma Its Acting Up &I Can’t Go Upstairs He So O Well Take A Taxi Like What Services Is Unprofessional N Very Rude. Would Not Recommend Anyone To Park ThereEver
Experience was good until I got back from my trip and the cash that was in the car was missing. I am aware that the business is not liable for anything taken out of the vehicle. However, if the premises are monitored, locked and they are the only ones with a key to the vehicle, I'm not very happy that my money disappeared.
Literally THE SAME EXACT experience as several people here! The driver was a maniac and demanded we tipped him after being an hour late to pick us up from our terminal on the way back. I’m also almost positive they drive your car around- I came back to several large scratches and a significantly higher mileage on my odometer. The business is run by a bunch of scam artists and idiots. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to park at the airport.
They recently moved from 130th street to 131st and changed their name to "Long Term Parking 4 JFK." However, their sign still says Alliance Parking. My main complaint is their driver, who is basically a sociopath and a manic driver. Staff stuffed 12 people in to the shuttle van, which is basically a white boxed van with 2 bench seats, and had an additional person sitting with the baggage. Driver then proceeded to drive recklessly from the lot all the way to JFK, cutting people off, and often driving on the shoulder. What bothered me the most was, he blasted his music all throughout the ride with complete disregard to the passengers. They are cheap for a reason and I would avoid at all costs.
They lost my car key. And wouldn’t give me a refund for parking or even provide a solution as to how I was going to be able to get home. I was astonished at their stupidity and disrespect. I wish I could give them negative stars. HOW DOES A VALET CAR PARKING COMPANY LOSE A CAR KEY? That is their one job.
I am giving one star because they do not have a Zero star option. The absolute most reckless driving possible, terrible attitudes from the office, and despite the fact that they told us the “Shuttle” to JFK was 5 minutes, in reality it was 25 minutes of terrifying/law breaking/reckless driving to the airport. Something is not right with how this company is run, if you have kids do not use this service. If you are single and wanting a thrill, this is your spot.
Drop off went well. Pick up was disappointing. Took an hour with no communication from the agency. Nobody answered the phone when I tried to find out where the driver was. Vehicles are unmarked. Less than professional outfit. Will look for another next time.
