Amenities are often closed for many months while residents are still being charged the full price for maintenance. The Laundry room has been closed for 4 months now and AKAM does not even know when it's going to re-open. The same thing happened with the sauna and steam room.
Awesome place with tasty food...the biriyani here is of very rich taste...a must try... Also it has very good ambience, poolside tables, good for small gatherings
