Excellent experience, from the ability to schedule in advance, to the polite front desk person, friendly doc PA and quick overall visit!! Best of any I've visited. Only docking 1-star for the location. There were fallen tree sections in the parking lot and leaking ceiling inside on the property owner yes, but still part of the experience

Not feeling well is not fun… However, anytime I go to Alliance I get the best service from the moment I enter to getting my vitals and then seeing the doctor. Everyone is unbelievably nice and attentive to my needs. I always get the same EXCELLENT service at this location. Thank you for helping me feel better and taking such good care of your patients.

I have been to Alliance Urgent Care for two difference problems in the past few months. On both occasions my experience was excellent. The first time it was about 30 minutes until closing and they happily took me in. The check-in process is easy, I didnt have to wait long to be seen, and everyone I interacted with is very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend!!

Been sick for a week with a bad sinus infection, and this clinic took really good care of me. I was in and out within less than an hour, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dr. FRANK!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They are terrible soulless human beings who prey on injured people and happily take there money with out providing any help. Discrimination for no point and absolutely no education. I literally looked up what they tried to lie to me about right in front of them and they had  no explanation. I really do hope this review helps someone else looking for help to avoid a costly and timely visit. They may seem like they are good based on reviews but its a sham. I sure wish I would have known before going in.  Oh and special shoutout to the nurse the practitioner working 5:30pm 7/13/23. If I was the owner of the company I would get rid of her before she chases away any more of your business!

10 + Dr was compassionate and went above and beyond ... Unfortunately said he was normally not at this office... and nurse was outstanding  , she made me feel real comfortable and was great at giving shots to were I didn't even fill it ! Overall office and staff two thumbs   up !

Front office was unfriendly and seemed like she hates her job. Provider was also terrible. He treated me like a drug addict when all i was being seen for was an Upper respiratory infection. When you don't feel well the last thing you want to deal with are unfriendly uncompassionate people that supposed to be caring for others. Would rather wait for longer periods of time at a facility with better policy of treating their patients than be treated like i was today. Provider: Maurice Young MD

10/10 perfect experience! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. I felt extremely cared for and listened too. Didn’t wait long to go back and be seen either. This place is fantastic!

From the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor- everyone was soo sooo sooo sweet and patient. I was in and out so quick. Definitely the best urgent care i've ever been to.

I’ve been seen twice here and both times it was very efficient and the staff was super friendly. Best urgent care experiences I’ve had.
