Do not work for this company or allied in general. The hours are long, pay is way too low for the b.s we have to deal with. Risking our well-being for $15hr. Managers would hawk you down to fill gaps while they’re comfortable at home or in their office making commission off us. They change up your hours and locations randomly at times which is very inconvenient for guards. Never answers the office phone when calling; voice mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. This job is boring, stressful and doesn’t pay enough…if I can give this company a zero star I would.

The management lacks a lot of management and communication skills. DO NOT work for HRC Sophia Sikander, bad attitude and could be really rude.

I gave them a one star just being honest wish I could do a zero or maybe even negative star review this is after receiving complaints from my hard worker of a friend who will remain unnamed for privacy reasons. He gave them his all for two years working there and making self sacrifices of sleep, personal enjoyment and in exchange gave Ally and their objectives a consistent two years of his life. My friend’s hard work dedication and energy they for this company will not remain unnoticed. Even though he was let go on site with no notice he went to work thinking he would take a shift later to find that he is to return home with no job. And no it wasn’t due to Covid setbacks it was due to a miscommunication that happened and has happened between an ally and there employees for a while now. I am displeased to discern what has been going on for the longest time now. Hopefully this message Can fall on the right ears to cause a difference in today’s society because this can go on for no longer and my friend Shana remain silent nor shall I thought voices are heard. I totally agree with some of the comments on here. It’s not the company that’s so horrible, it’s the people that work there! Theyre unorganized, they don’t answer your calls, they lie, they keep you from applying for a new position. They hold you back from making more money. Not exactly a company you want to grow at! I applied for two positions and I haven’t heard from them at all. From my understanding, I think they discriminate!
