Great care from a friendly staff! Everyone I interacted with was very patient-forward, explained everything thoroughly, and were very attentive. The doctors even left notes on the Lab Results in MyChart, including recommendations and vitamin prescriptions! If you've every been at a clinic and gotten the sense that no one really cared or followed up, this is a nice change. My husband and I both had very positive experiences there, and this is definitely our new clinic!

I have gone to the Dean Lakes clinic since it was opened, and prior to that visited the Crossroads clinic in Shakopee my entire childhood. Tammy Perez has been my PCP for over 3 years, after switching due to an unpleasant experience with another doctor who has since retired. Tammy takes her time to listen to her patients, she is very kind and knowledgeable.

With Allina the patient gets excellent personal service that is well coordinated with the broad range of specialized services associated with their large organization.

Everything went fine except for the rude nurse I encountered. I got an older white nurse who was training a younger Muslim nurse while I was there. That’s not an issue at all but the white nurse was so rude and condescending towards the younger one I was kinda shocked. I could obviously see that she was making her nervous which sucked. I dunno who that karen was but tell your people to be nicer Jesus Christ!!! The lady being trained did a great job btw

My expectations are consistently met or exceeded by all staff at this facility.

I showed up at 10:47 for a 10:45 appointment. There were two guys in front of me. I sat down after about 5 minutes and waited for them to finish. Another lady came in, so when they got done about 10:57?, I got up when she was finishing checking in but there was a gentleman there, so I waited for them to finish. I finally got checked in and was filling out family history paperwork when a nurse called me. She said we would have to reschedule because they had an 11am appointment scheduled. I said that’s fine. I got up and threw my clipboard on the counter. I can’t give a better rating because I never got to see the doctor. I don’t think this was my fault and I missed a day of work. Something needs to be done about the system of checking people in if you are going to turn them away even if you are waiting in line while your appointment time comes and goes.

I've been tired of minute clinics lately because they seem to take anything but a minute - so I decided to get an appointment here to get my daughter checked for strep throat. The receptionist was nice and efficient, our wait in the lobby was short, and Jessica Dehler was our PA. She was wonderful in caring for my daughter and made her feel at ease. Jessica listened to our concerns and I really felt like she took her time with us. She also mailed my daughter a hand written "get well" note that was personalized. I will absolutely book here again if an illness pops up! Thank you!

Jessica Dehler is the truth!!! She’s a very personable provider, exceptional in the care that she provides, and exemplifies Allina’s commitment to whole person care. I’ve been seeing Jessica for 4 years now and although I moved to Minneapolis I still make the drive to see her if an illness arises.
