In selecting an insurance agent for family, I want someone who knows risk and the role of insurance in mitigating risk. The agent needs to possess an in depth understanding of the company and products that the agent represents. Lastly, and most important, the agent needs to put the client’s interest first. Alice Miller and the Parks Insurance Agency fulfills all three requirements in spades. Having worked with insurance agents for both business and personal needs for many years, Alice Miller and her staff rank number one in terms of knowledge and service. I have known Alice for three years. We are in a networking group together. Alice is a true insurance professional in every sense. She is smart, experienced, friendly, helpful and very organized. Just had my entire business policy plans reviewed by Alice and her team, They were able to save me over $800.00 per year on my vehicle policies alone with better coverage than I currently had. I have them reviewing my personal policy now. Its great to finally be in good hands!
Just a terrible company. Roof damaged in nineteen different spots. Identified as un-repairable by multiple companies, including a company Allstate recommended. Allstate has refused to do anything to assist. Every roofer that has come out has indicated that Allstate is the worst company at paying claims
Alice is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry. After a 15-minute phone call with her, my insurance rate shrunk in half, and I'm now saving $1000 - $1200/year. She's very easy to talk to and is a pleasure to work with. She's the real deal, and I wouldn't recommend anyone but her for all home and auto insurance needs.
