Horrible camping experience. Horrible grounds. Dirty everywhere. Rude staff. Unhelpful. All they want is your money. Stay away from this RV park. There are many others In the area
We still love it here.. We've been living here over a year and we love it. Yari and Adam are great to deal with. Whenever I have an issue they are there to fix it quick. It's quiet and everyone is friendly.
WARNING: Pray NONE of your family dies while residing here. They will break Florida laws reguarding no one may enter the premises or vehicle for 90 days after death notification to FAMILY or with consent from a relative saying they can which WAS DONE when they took her gate remote out of her vehicle, removed the mailbox key from her keyring & even committedmail fraud by saying she passed & STOP deliveryof her mail! Not to mention the laws stating you CANNOT CHARGE A SURVIVING RELATIVE RENT IN WHICH I PAID A FULL MONTH RENT MY MOM PAID YET I WAS GIVEN ONLY 2 WEEKS, POWER SHUT OFF & LOCKED SO NO ACCESS TO USE OF THAT AS WELL AS THREATENED THAT I COULDN'T GET MY MOTHER IN LAWS BELONGINGS WITHOUT PAYING OR SEIZE THE DECEASED for 90 days after a relative there passes away! The lovely wife will harass you, swear at you & call you names & then CLAIM YOU DID IT TO HER!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will rob your deceased family & you blind! They illegally have my moms camper & they removed 3 weeks after her passing & now I'm sure, want me to yet again PAY THEM, for their theft of property! THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!
I wish I could rate 6 stars... My wife and I went to virtually every park within a 20 mile radius looking for a place to keep our new to us 40 foot home. From the moment we walked in, Adam and Yari made us feel welcomed. I spoke to them for 5 minutes, shook their hands and knew this was where we would make our new home. We have lived in some sketchy places previously in Orlando. Aloha RV park is the 1st and only place that's felt like home. Everyone is friendly and neighborly, like small town America, the park is clean, most importantly to us, peaceful! We are so grateful to have found Aloha and would highly recommend them.
Family owned, hospitality on point. This small community is well kept and very safe.
This is our second time wintering at Aloha. It is quiet, well managed, and the people are friendly. It is reasonably priced. The people here are a combination of mostly seasonal and long term residents, with a few shorter term. This isn't a luxury resort, but the homes are well kept. The only problem is the traffic on the main road. Getting in and out can be a nightmare much of the time, especially with a car in tow. But hey, it's Florida. Traffic is just a fact of life.
I lived at Aloha RV Park for 1 year. The Managers were awesome and very attentive to any problem that came up. The Pool was always clean. There was a kitchen and clubhouse for Activities. They planned something every week especially around Christmas! I would reccomend it for short time or long term. Best place I lived in Florida!
This was my first experience in any RV park so I don't have a point of reference, but what stood out was the helpfulness of Ray, the park owner. He took us to our spot to examine it prior to escorting us down and even helping us set up. The spot itself had some exposed tree roots but that didn't pose a problem. The spots are pretty small for a large class A such as our Outlaw, but we managed to get in and out without any trouble. Neighbors are very friendly. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Tremendous value with our Passport America 50% off.
We stayed here for the winter. We enjoyed it. Made good friends. Love their activities and enjoyed hanging out with the residents during Those activities. Close to everything. Thank you guys for having us there. You guys work very hard to maintain the park.
This is NOT a nice park. It is way too tight for towables over 35 feet but they don't tell you that when you call. Our 40 foot fifth wheel sustained some damage due to the inventiveness of the guy owner guiding us in. He seemed way more interested in the buried sewer pipe than our rv crashing into a tree.
