This place is great. Stayed a month and loved it. With the monthly rate there’s no better way to rv near Disney. It’s as fast to get into the parks from here as it is to take the bus from some Disney resorts. Staff and residents were lovely and park is well kept. If we come back to the area we will stay here again!
Stayed with a friend whilst visiting the sights around Orlando. The park was clean with friendly employees and the pool was great. The issue with the park itself was one of the bathrooms was out of order all weekend. The other issues were outside the park, a homeless camp had caused the mgmt to put locks on the bathrooms and the Construction next door started noisily at 5 am and went all day.
First of all I just want to say Jessica in the front office is an absolute sweetheart… me and my family were camping at Disney when my son feel ill are last night there and had to be hospitalized for 3 days … Disney told us each additional nights stay outside our package we paid for was $252 a night .. they had no sympathy at all for our situation.. the first place I called was Kissimmee Rv park and they had one site Available.. we were day to day because we did not know when my son would be released from the hospital…. Jessica made our time of pure uncertainty easier to deal with … she tried her best to accommodate us any way she could …. Even invited us to the Christmas dinner if we were still there the next day…. Thank you so much Jessica… you prove that there Are still good people who live in this world … I will never forget how nice a polite you were… and we will definitely be back some day.
I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. There was a break in the first night of our stay, we were not informed of the homeless population. There were several empty promises from the receptionist. They said they have cable and they do not. Rather they have wifi that costs you an additional charge, and did not work half the time we were there.we made arrangements with a scooter company to retrieve our scooter rentals from this park, we verified with reception several times over the phone that they would hold them for the rental company to pick up. On the day of we were told by reception that they would do no such thing and were not liable for these rental scooters and we had to figure out on NYE of all days what to do with them at the last minute of our checkout. We will be contacting our credit card company for a refund and will file a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Everyone was really nice, our site was very roomy and they're not to close together. Price was good, will stay again. Only complaint would be only 30amp service at our premium site.
This is our second stay here. Nice quiet, clean RV resort. Rv park spot can be tight for back in approach. However, 39ft with a co-pilot went well. There is not a concrete or gravel pad. Wi- fi okay. There are a lot of activities for older adults.
We stayed here 4 night during Christmas week the location is great the park is very quiet and clean staff are very friendly and helpful and the prices is just right bathrooms/ showers are outdated and need some tlc other than that everything else seems to be just fine I recommend it for others and we plan on staying here next time we come to Orlando
Stayed for over a year very friendly people staff is excellent and never had any problems. Park is clean and was very happy with my stay.
The staff at Kissimmee RV went above and beyond the call of duty during our stay. Prior to checking in, I had a stubborn kidney stone cause a surgery. They were so accommodating… from helping us with our dates, messaging about mail since I wasn’t on site and at the hospital and so much more. When you are in crazy life situations, it’s so incredible to have staff who don’t even know you, yet show such compassion and empathy. The site was great, on-site laundry was great per the husband, campground was safe and other campers were friendly. Also having propane on site was so convenient. Incredible folks who know how to show hospitality. We cannot wait to come back and actually get to enjoy sunny Florida.
I like the smaller size of this place and it has a beautiful pool. Everything is kept nice and clean. I had an excellent experience when Gail was in the office. I was completely shocked by the hostile and unprofessional attitude when the production manager took over in Gail's absence due to her illness. We had planned to book our next stay there - but now there is no way. How the staff treat their guests, means a lot in my opinion. Gail was great and I hope she recovers fully and quickly and will be back in the office, as clearly she set the friendly and warm culture which no longer is there!
