This is a okay place but alot of things going on in there. They are very bossy and controling.
The park is great but some of the people who live there isn't so nice
I bought a mobile estate there. It's far from a new one, but it's a lovely color, and it's still very nice. Right after I paid for it and was accepted into the park, I was told I have to paint it a different color because someone referred to as, "she" doesn't like my lovely color!
Its where i grew up and grandparents still live. Its has alot of changes. Access to both parks have been cut off due to crime.teens the pool and hot tub have been filled in for a BBQ gathering spot speaking of which... You can no longer have a BBQ at your trailer.also.. no pools. The cable T. V used to be included in the rent.. That would have been funny to see wifi repeaters put in for renters access... Thats why they did that.. And almost every park manager is crooked even when i was growing up there.. Would move back if i have the opportunity.
The park used to have a functioning pool, hot tub and guest accommodations at the Recreation hall. It Does have a Recreational Building that also purposes as functioning kitchen and adequate gathering area for holidays and special occasions see manager for details The park is easy to navigate through using the mapping system posted on the front of the Recreation building apon entering!
I like it here,price is reasonable, close to town,schools,yet,it's in a park like setting,yhe only complaint I have is we can't use the clubhouse,other than that it's ALL good!:D + xxx ooo muah! Have a blessed day everyone!
This place is kept fairly clean. It is right off the main road. Usually quiet.
My friend lives here. It's nice. Homes are kept well. People are friendly.
Very well kept grounds. Of course I was in the wrong place, lol however I have to admit this was a very nice turn around point
Extremely high space rent with little to no amenities. And will not allow you to own pets if you are new to the park
