I really want to thank Alp Buddy for their amazing customer service. About 4 months ago, I bought a fuschia kanken sling that began loosing color within the first days. I thought maybe I had rubbed against something and it needed cleaning. This only made it worse and led to more color loss. I went in within the first week, told them what happened, and without hesitation they said go ahead and pick out a new bag to exchange it with. This was my first experience with Alp Buddy and Fjallraven and it could have gone so wrong and turned me off to both brands. Now because of their service and committment to quality, I still have a gorgeous kanken without color loss and am very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Alp Buddy!

While understated — this place has some of the highest quality gear you can buy — much of it at really fantastic prices! Woodburn has a few standbys for us — though their prices continue to climb — but this new spot is strong in brand breadth and depth of discount cannot be discounted!

The door says store hours are 10 am, with an updated note that new hours are 12pm. First I got here at 10am, It’s now 12:15pm and no one is here to open the store. I would think if you have a business in the middle of a high trafficked plaza, as an owner/manager you would at least have the plaza management office place a sign on the door of its delayed opening. I drove 40 minutes just to come here for a Mother’s Day gift and now I’ve just wasted time. Would give 0 stars if I could and unfortunately I don’t recommend this place.

Alp Buddy is a great place to get high quality outdoor equipment and clothing. It is a place were you never feel pressured and it is a very comforting and welcoming store. You can also buy on-line on the website.
