At this facility we use nontraditional tools, in a nontraditional gym setting. Your body is the machine. Everything we do, we do it standing. We engage the whole body with every movement. We get in your head and push you passed what you think you can do. Physically fit, spiritually fit, and mentally fit equals strong.
