The front desk person was wonderful. The provider that spoke to me was very good. Provided a lot of great information and care. The nurse who did the intake/vitals showed little to no concern for you as a patient or even a human. Just nothing! Not sure this job is her passion. Thorough intake was completed. I thought, she must be having a bad day.
I normally do not do reviews however I feel compelled to take the time to do one on Alpha Care on Popps Ferry Rd in Biloxi Ms. They are absolutely amazing!!! From the receptionist to the nurse practitioner, Michelle! The in-take young man, Hayden too!!! He was so respectful and polite! I received a follow-up call after my visit to check on me! That is amazing!! These days we know how sad guest service has gotten in this world and I just can’t stress how professional and thorough they are! This was my first visit as I do not like to go to any medical place and definitely would have to be wheeled into an ER literally on my death bed! We took my daughter recently and she was at ER for over 7 hours for the same bad stomach bug I now had! I looked up Alpha Care to see if they offered IV fluids and was so happy to see they do!!!! I called at like 9am and they got me in for a morning appointment! Sent me paperwork via text so easy and did not have to do anything when I arrived! I may have been there for an hour or so! They were so efficient, and checked in on me while I was getting fluids! The office was super clean, and very attractive! Thank you Alpha Care for being so caring!! I have already been singing your praises to all my co-workers and friends!!! Beth Holland
It’s not fun to wake up sick with fever on Sunday morning. Thank Goodness for Alpha Care. You all spend your weekend taking care of sick people and what a blessing you are to our community. The wait was minimal and even if it was longer I’m still thankful for all of you!! We better appreciate our healthcare providers and workers because one day they may choose to stay home and enjoy their weekend with friends and family. Thank you, thank you times a million!!!
I would highly recommend going somewhere else. If you go here you will be wayyyyy over charged for small services that cost way less at other urgent cares. I went here for the same issue I have every year because it was close to my work. I ended up being prescribed a steroid and still needing to go to my regular urgent care for antibiotics which my urgent care told me should have been prescribed in the first place. Now I have two bills and the bill from this place is 3 times the cost of the one at my regular and the same services were done. Stay very far away from here
We are from out of town and needed an acute care. I googled here and it had excellent reviews and now I see why. We were in and out super fast and all workers were helpful and friendly. You can book online like I did and it speeds everything up.
I called and asked if I needed an appointment, I was told to just come on in. Everyone was courteous and professional. They even called me 2 days later to see if I was feeling better.
Alpha care has given timely, quality care each time we have needed urgent care on or around holidays or weekends. So easy to schedule an appointment. Sign in online. Taken to room, exam and testing done. Discharge with prescriptions sent directly to pharmacy. This place is such a great asset to our Biloxi Community!!!
Smashed my toe open like a pumpkin and came here because it was the closest to my house. Stacey D. and Avery Jackson helped me out putting stitches in. Super friendly and gentle. Made the whole experience much less traumatizing than I expected.
Came here with a health issue that usually needs antibiotics, but was prescribed some kind of weird expensive steroid that made my problem worse. Went somewhere else and finally got what I needed. This place turned my health issue into a way longer, more painful process than it could have been. Btw, we can hear you through the doors. So all the rude comments about your patients are loud and clear.
I have had a sinus infection for 8 months. I went to the ER, dentist and doctor each one sending me back to the other. I went here, told them my symptoms, medicine I had been given and that I thought I was close to the end. I was listened to, examined, and prescribed antibiotics I had not been given before. This is my first might and i.can actually hold my head up. I hope the next few days only keep improving. Will update in a few days .
