I was visiting my grandma it's a nice family community she said she likes it a lot there. the homes are beautiful inside and out. They have basic trailer park rules. It just kinda like a really fancy trailer park in a way
Nice place. New ownership, increase in lot rent already $$$ but previous rent was still affordable price. It's a shame you use to be able to view available homes without appointment especially weekends nobody available there was surveillance video you could browse in ease. I was disappointed showed interest in a home and didn't hear back til it was pending & unavailable Hoping to find something as it's a safe community
I was interested in buying and the pet restriction is way to strict. I have two friendly Husky’s and I would not be able to have them because the dogs have to be 12 inches and under from the shoulder if you have two. This has stopped me from buying out there and a lot of other people who have dogs. Just sad.
Nothing but a place for old ppl to live and complain before they get sent to a retirement home. We had to live silently in our home. If they hear ur TV or even your 2 year and 3year old kids that are inside playing and being a kid with the windows closed they will complain and then you get a letter telling you to silent the kids don't waist your time you will regret it and end up moving out
The rules are held very strictly and they raise lot rent a couple times a year we began lot rent at $302 the $2 is a fee to have a pet cat in a house we OWN and are paying over $360 now. If you buy a home here, be prepared to get a lot of letters in the mail regarding your grass, window blinds, cars, or ANYTHING they do not like really. They will also exaggerate their letters and emails, so if something happens one time they will tell you they have had numerous complaints. They also do an extremely poor job maintaining clean sidewalks and roads in the winter. They are incredibly nice and prompt while locking you into a sale and lease term agreement. The minute you move in, that all changes. We cannot wait to move out.
Love living here, the ladies in the office are top notch! They were very helpful with our purchase of our trailer & explaining everything about the community in which we now reside, always available for questions
Me and my fiancé actually just purchased a place here. The buying process went quick and easy. They are very helpful through it. I’ve asked a lot of questions and all have been answered politely and quickly. Never any attitude from them. Yeah there is a lot of rules and regulations but we are fine with that. They made a very nice neighborhood safe and affordable and I hope they keep it like this since we will be living here for a long time. Thumbs up from us so far.
Lot rents keep increasing. The park is kept up, no trashy homes.
I dont live here. I was here for an appointment with someone that did live here. I have been in many mobile homes with the work I do. This is by far the best one I have ever seen. Just wanted to mention because mobile homes have a stereotype that isnt always fair, especially in this case. Beautiful streets and trees!!!
The place is easy to get in to but awful to get out of! To get a lot you fill out an application, have a background check, get approved and start paying lot rent. My rent started at 315/month extra large corner lot. 2 months later- went up to 345. By the time I moved out after less then 2 years in the park my rent was 385/month water included but no electric/gas/internet. To make matters more difficult, anyone wanting to buy my home had to apply for the park per usual but pay an extra non-refundable application fee. Essentially, its the parks way to get people to buy their new/used homes with their payment plans rather then the used homes of current occupants wishing to leave.
