First and foremost, thank you Dr Moussa for all your hard work and dedication, as well as Carolyn for being so patient and explaining the process and answering all my questions and just keeping me calm throughout this process. I came to them to have our kitten neutered, I also have used Alta Loma Animal Hospital in the past for my other 2 fur babies and have had experience with their staff, I believe their staff has changed as I saw a lot of new faces and they were so great, very kind and welcoming. I did have an unpleasant experience with someone named Desire that answers calls, both my husband and I called in 2 separate occasions and it almost feels like we were bothering her, it’s an unpleasant feeling when someone like me that has a lot of trauma from my other fur babies going in and out of the vet and eventually passing to experience, it creates more anxiousness for me. Other than this, I am grateful for the staff for being polite, caring, and patient. I will continue to highly recommend.

I love coming here. They are always great with my dog. I just got her groomed here for the first time and it’s the best groom she’s had!

Love the fact Saturdays are open because I work during the week. All The techs are super friendly and Doctor Moussa really cares for my Biggie.

All customer service and care for my pets has gone down hill since Dr. Ellis left. I have tried to be patient and work with the rude/ difficult staff. The vet that is to busy to fill an online order that was sent over 4 business days ago. I only ordered it online so I didn't bother them by coming in to pick it up. It has been made clear that my furry kids don't matter. Keep in mind I am not a new customer! I have been with this vet for 4 years now.

I won't take my dogs anywhere but here. Both Dr. Moussa and Dr. Ellis are kind and honest. They truly are animal lovers and care about each individual patient that come in. My girls love them too.

Amazing and caring staff. Always a good experience for me and my puppy when we go to the vet. Thanks for everything you do for us all!

My dog had a medical emergency where she was taken out of grave danger at an emergency clinic and I was able to transfer her over to Alta Loma to have her surgery. They were able to accommodate her quickly and she’s healing great

Reasonable prices. The staff is great and caring. My furball doesn't apply brakes at the entrance, but is excited to go into the lobby and be greeted by the staff. I have nothing negative to say. It's all  and a happy wiggle butt.

Staff is disorganized. Multiple appointments have been dropped or were incorrect on their side even though I had email and text confirmation. Staff was quite rude about it. Additionally was told I could bring pets in any time for nails / anal glands but then on another visit refused and told a different set of hours. Bad records, they gave my dog unnecessary rabies vaccinations. Front desk staff has serious attitude, very rude. Doctors seem very caring though and do a good job.
