I went to this place for a child's Birthday party and it's was ok. It was moderately busy. The staff was nice, but I felt that they could have been more in tune with what was happening in the play area. We had an older guest 13 & 14 get reprimanded for not letting a 7ish year old child in an area. Our guest had just entered the spot before someone's child wanted to use the same area. The little child told an employee and made it look like they got bullied. It was just a child having a tantrum for not getting what they wanted immediately. No one did anything wrong. So in the spirit of good vibes, our guest let the other child play, but got scolded for no good reason. This didn't spoil much, but I felt that if an employee was paying attention, they would have been able to recognize what happened and did something so everyone felt comfortable. Other than that, and wishing they had more arcade machines it was a good time and I would go back again. *** Revised*** I've been back here a couple times now. I lowered my rating because the staff definitely needs better people skills. It seems like if anyone wants to complain about another guest whether they did anything wrong or not the staff just likes to use their authority to whomever complains first. Although this did not happen to me, but I've seen it done on others, every time I've been here. If this gets addressed, then it would be much better!
The facility was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of seating for everyone. My boys love coming here. Definitely recommend for a nice day out when it's raining. Keeps then exercising!
One thing that stuck out was how clean it smelled as soon as we walked in. That was great. The employee that helped us was super nice. I believe the manager but not sure. It wasn't very busy which was awesome. Knockout or whatever the spinning arm thing is was broken. There is no food other than some snacks options like chips and ice cream, but you're not allowed to bring in your own food. That part kinda sucks but would definitely go back and plan accordingly!

Fun place to bring the kids. Fast checking in, plenty of room to jump around and close to a Starbucks for an after jump caffeine boost for the back home. :
Really liked it, but I wish there were more options for kids under 5. My 3.5 year old had so much fun tho and we will def be going back.
We had gone for the first time to this place with our two year old about two months ago. We thought it would be a blast. Unfortunately nowhere on their website or in the place it self does it say we had to pay even more for their special socks and got yelled at by a staff member on a power trip that we needed to buy the socks they had there. I’ve never been to a place where they forced you to have to buy socks.
We had so much fun today celebrating our friends. This place is perfect for ALL ages
Great place to get energy out and break a sweat. Bring water bottles and slip resistant socks. Both are available for purchase. Adults welcome to jump. Waiver must be signed prior online or on arrival. About $15 per person
Some of the equipment is showing signs of wear. Many of the blocks should be replaced. We went during toddler time, but once we arrived we saw signs posted stating toddler time not being honored during vacation weeks. They listed both Massachusetts and New Hampshire vacation weeks. This made no sense for Concord, NH. that they would suspend toddler time during Massachusetts’ school vacation week. Also, once you already at the place with excited children, a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience does not help. You should have this policy posted on your website next to the toddler times. There is a good amount of parking. Plus room for birthday parties. The play area was clean.
