Great place to take the kids to run out some energy not to costly for the amount of activities we did Sunday funday 3hrs for 20 each kid . If you need to tire out your kids so the house can be peaceful this is the way to do it
This place is awesome!!! Kids of all ages love it and burn major energy. What a great place for a hot day in the summer when kids can't go outside! The kids here are super well behaved even though there are all ages, from 3 to at least 16. The big kids are even helpful to little kids who they don't even know. Way to go, Denton, for raising such nice kids. Garrett, the manager, was very helpful too. A perfect place for a birthday party, especially if you have children of different ages in your party.
This park is so disappointing. I definitely don't recommend. The only thing I can figure out about others who have rated it highly is that they haven't been to other jump parks! It's also the only trampoline park in town, so I guess their thoughts are that it's better than nothing. It's dirty and run down. The more fun elements foam pit, jumping tower/platform have been "out of order" the times we've gone. And the high price for what you get just flat out isn't worth it. Altitude is a chain, and most locations offer a monthly or annual membership, which might make it worth it - even as lackluster as this one is. But not this location. According to the front staff, they can't do memberships because the owner is running his computers with Windows 7 and doesn't want to update them. Are you serious??? So unless this place does some upgrades or adjusts their ridiculous prices, we'll have to keep driving 20 minutes down the road to a much better jump park.
This place is so much fun I highly recommend the membership pass if you are a local. Jachiaryn is super nice and helpful. He is super patient with all of the kids. He is by far one of the best employees here!
Has a good variety of activities, however, the more fun ones were closed. My main complaint is that the staff did not seem to care much. They had uncensored hip-hop music playing during Toddler time and someone had to ask for them to change it to kid-friendly music without all the f-bombs. There was no apology given. The bathrooms were also dirty from the night before as well as the floors. I would say it’s still worth the trip for the great price for toddler time!
Really an excellent location. Clean facilities. Equipment appears to be functional. Like half the place isn't torn up like other establishments like this usually are. Great for kids and adults. Only complaint is the lack of a monthly subscription. $15 bucks a month to this place would easily be forgotten in my budget if I'm honest.
I visited for a family kid's party on a Saturday. PROS: *Fun place for kids to play. *You can have birthday parties here *Relatively Cheap Costs between $5-$20 *Has fastfood at the entrance *Adults can jump, too! CONS: *Busy and noisy *Building is too old *Not so Clean
Nice place to take the kids, especially on hot summer days. It really needs some work though. The equipment padding has been damaged in numerous spots for over a year. The place isn’t kept clean. If it was cleaned daily I’d give it a 5!
Dirty, unsupervised, and unenjoyable experience every single time we have visited this facility since it opened. Older kids bully the younger ones, not one of the kids that work there do anything to enforce rules to discourage disgusting behavior, and regulations for safety and for the enjoyment of kids who just want to go there to have a good time are completely ignored. This place is overrun with terribly behaving people and we will never return. You'd be better off driving to a different facility and even paying much more to have a much more enjoyable experience.
We stopped on our way to Oklahoma so the kids could stretcht heir legs. Lots of parking for our RV. Just like all the other Altitudes we have been to. This one is next door to a planet fitness though and they offer combo passes which is cool! Clean, smells good, arcade was a neat addition.
