The Dentist at this place is one of the best I have experienced when it comes to treating tooth/gum problems. I went to Greater Dental health at peachtree corners where they were not able to do proper diagnosis. But when I came the dentist aptly diagnosed the issue and treated it. Can’t thank enough!!!!
Wow this place is horrible. They did 2 root canals and crowns for my mom. They kept falling out Every 3-4 months. My mom went to another dentist and he practically laughed. In one X-ray the root canal doesn’t even go all the way down and in the other one it wasn’t even done. When my mom went back the dentist was extremely rude and even at one point told my mom that she should go with her to dental school. I mean it wouldn’t be bad, I guess they could both learn how to do their jobs there. Also their EMR is chicken scratch on paper. Good luck understanding what any of it means. Do not send your worst enemy here. They engage in insurance fraud and just offer horrible service
Stay away from this doctor as many of you have already warned. Have been a patient for last 10 years but lately they have been very unprofessional. Had scheduled me for deep cleaning and when I arrived they told me they would need examination done before they can scheduled me again for deep cleaning. Wasted my day.
I have been seeing Dr. Dalwai over the last 14 years and she is without a doubt the most skilled at filling work I have ever experienced. She's also very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say before suggesting the best course of action and the reasoning behind it. Overall very accommodating.
I really wanted to give zero but that is not possible. These guys are the most unprofessional people. I made my appointment almost 2 months before and till 2 weeks before appointment they did not get approval from insurance. When i followed up with them they mentioned they still got 2 weeks time and they will reach out to insurance soon. But i know insurance approval sometime take 3 weeks time. When i mentioned the same to them they said “the person who is incharge of getting approvals from insurance is currently out and will be back mid next week three days before my apointment. I understood clearly these guys are goingn to reschedule me and so i said i cant reschedule my apointment as i have some travel plans. Three days after all this conversation, i got a call and said they cant make my appointment and had to cancel it. The person who spike to me was rude and so unprofessional. I hate this place . WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMEND TO ANYONE.
Dr. Naseem has been my dentist for the last 3 years . Her office is clean and quiet. Appointments are usually treated on time. Never had a long waiting period. She's gentle and explains your options for treatments. I give her a 10 for her services.
Don't give them your business. They don't appreciate it anyway. Took two days to give me a quote after a dental consultation. Then had the nerve to say if they could place me on a list for next year???? YOU WANT ME TO WAIT A YEAR. besides, place is low-key skechy. watch out ppl.
Our family has been visiting AmDent Dental Office for more than 15 years for all our work needs. All 3 of our children had their braces done at this office by Dr. Dalwai. The staff has been very responsive and helpful. I have recommended this office and Dr Dalwai to several of my coworkers and friends.
This dentist is VERY unprofessional. I was a patient here for 13 years. And I even worked here for a little while. The doctor definitely practices favoritism and SCAMS people. The doctor needs to practice on being more organizable, the wait times here IS CRAZY as a patient and as an employee I always felt bad because she wouldn’t be busy and had patients wait. And she would have me lie to the patients which is VERY unethical. On top of that her staff have always been unprofessional with no experience myself included. I got hired on a day I came for my appointment. I had no knowledge of dentistry what so ever I was 17. She should have staff that have experience or that have studied for this field. During all my years of coming here the amount of people I’ve seen working there come and go is crazy! Not to mention she had me do orthodontist stuff on patients because she doesn’t know how to manage her time and would get behind! VERY unprofessional who would let a 17 year old in high school do this work?!!!!!! Do not recomend. Please look for a Doctor who actually cares about you and is professional.
I hardly post reviews so when I do, please know it is needed. Let me start off by saying that this dentist office is absolutely the WORST, both the dentist Dr. Dalwai and her staff are absolutely TERRIBLE. They treat their patients badly like they are doing them a favor by seeing them, their work ethic is unprofessional, and they seem to lack in communication. Some of their equipment seems ancient and rusty. And they definitely practice favoritism when it comes to their patients. My most recent frustration with them was last week Friday 3/22/19; Dr. Dalwai scheduled me for a deep cleaning for Saturday 3/23/19 and on late Friday 3/22/19 around 5pm, one of her staff called me to cancel the deep cleaning appointment and her reasoning was that the doctor had a conference to attend. I was furious because it was Dr. Dalwai not her staff that actually scheduled this appointment two weeks before so she would have known that she had a conference coming up. This frustrates me because I believe the conference was used as a cover up for something that they didn't do like submitting my claim to my insurance to approve my deep cleaning or the doctor once again wanted to use that time to see her more preferred patients. It is unfortunate that they treated me this way because if I as a patient was to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice; I will be charged a fee but they did it without any consequences and was not apologetic. They have wasted my time and inconvenience me in so many ways and now the health of my teeth could be in jeopardy. All in all, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE, and find a better dentist that cares about you and your family and takes pride in serving you and having you as their patient.
