Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry

Didn’t know that this particular doctor likes doing X-rays every 6 months. Insurance only pays once a year. Wasn’t notified in advance that there will be an extra charge on my account. Upon requesting to speak with a manager to dispute the charge, was told that the manager doesn’t know how to remove a charge from my kid’s account. Unacceptable, unprofessional. Will not be taking my kids there again. Why are you a manager if you don’t know how to efficiently perform your duties! Very upset.

Little Pearls Dentistry and the wonderful staff is a delight to interact with. The entire team is attentive, professional and courteous. Recently, my youngest 3 had a soft tissue injury caused from hitting her mouth on the arm of the sofa, immediately I called the office after hours and spoke to the on call representative who quickly took my information and contacted the doctor for further evaluation. I even sent a text message including a video of her teeth. The on call representative called me back very quickly and provided instructions for treatment and recommendations as well as a appointment for the next business day for follow up. The doctor reviewed everything and thankful there wasn’t any serious injury to her teeth and gum. I am so grateful for everyone’s quick response. I really enjoy the office and sincerely thank the staff for caring for our dental needs with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

We just started coming here. My daughter's apt seemed to go very well for the most part. My son's apt isn't. The apt was at 10am and they just now took him for x-rays at 10:44. This is the only thing they have done so far. They had about 5 patients scheduled at the same time this morning. They really shouldn't overbook the appointments!!!

Terrible service! Receptionist in the front was extremely rude to my daughter and father. Also hung up on me while I asked to speak with a manager. We took our daughter out of school to come to the appointment just to find out they canceled it and wanted money out of pocket to see her. Even tough no call, txt or email was send to me.

Best Dentist ever!!! Verry thorough. My kids not afraid to go to a dentist anymore.

Long wait times. Very unaccommodating. Limited seat in waiting are as well as patient rooms. I wouldn’t recommend taking your dog here.

I needed to bring all 3 of my kids who are all Dr. B’s patients in. Three under age of 5. And I appreciated the dental hygienists and Dr B for being so efficient and AMAZING with my kids! This is the FIRST dentist/doctors office that has been accommodating for us and made it so easy for me! Usually, I can only bring one kid at a time other places but this office let me bring 3 of them at once! As a mom, I thank you all for helping me and being so great with my kids! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!! I moved an hour away post a house fire and I STILL won't go anywhere else! Maylin is THEE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! The staff is kind and resourceful. But Maylin goes above and beyond to make sure that you're cared for, comfortable, aware and scheduled! She really listens to you! People like her give me hope on multiple levels!

Update: This location has awful customer service and is a complete waste in time. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be informed there is an unknown wait time. Note they do not have a waiting room full of patients. The wait time is because I did not answer they’re call last week to confirm the appointment. Ok my apologies the call did not appear but where’s your diligence to attempt to reconfirm via email, text or another call. Kids have to be checked into school by a certain time and this doctor don’t start until 10am, which is why I chose the earliest possible. Afte a certain time the kids cannot be checked into school. Please note that I took the lazy part out as the doctor explained that she has three children and cannot open early…ok I understand my apologies for the lazy part. At this point, the doctor completed 25% of one my CHILDRENS treatment today since seeing my review and WANT another doctor to finish what she started. Instead of getting mad hire better people there’s no way you except me to tolerate disrespect especially if it’s not warranted. Nonetheless, thank you for the little work you did lol. Let’s also note this this doctor does not have people’s best interest in mind..IF SHE DID, SHE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT INSURANCE COMPANIES DO NOT COVER TWO EXAMS/CONSULTATION LESS THAN SIX MONTHS APART. SO that means the kids treatment will suffer and be delayed for at least six months or the parent has to pay out of pocket for an exam
